DAY 5: Finish the Friday Line | Closing circuit

Hey Camp Warrior! Welcome to the 5th day, the big finale of the summer gym!

The energy is high, progress is real and while you may not be ready to say goodbye to the camp still … you have a lot to be proud of.

Let’s take a moment to reflect: You have powered four days of movement, mentality and meaningful progress. But just because the camp is wrapped does not mean it is over. Today is not the end – it’s your launchpad!

With five days of consistency, strength and sweat behind you, you are ready to carry this action to the next season of your movement.

✨ Total Camp Camp Camp

To close the summer fun, we will finish loudly with a Closing circuit. This workout includes a comprehensive body fusion that brings the best of the week to an empowerment finale. You will mix the heart, strength, core and flexibility in your overall gym to challenge your body, celebrate your progress and end with a smile.

Why does this workout matter

Today’s session is not just another workout. Is a one Celebration of your consistency, power and development. It brings together everything you have learned and achieved this week in a strengthening, overall body challenge. The camp closing circuit helps you:

  • Train through multiple motion patterns for real -life strength
  • Enhance both muscle and cardiovascular endurance
  • Shoot full body power with core control
  • Re -reconnect “why” and carry the momentum forward
  • Think about how far you have come and you are excited about what will follow

💪 Total workout training of the day: Camp Circuit

Focus: Strength in the whole body, cardio, basic control

Gymnasiums: 3-4 per circuit (one of the subject of each day)

Format: 2-3 rounds 15-25 repetitions per motion or 45 seconds of work / 15 seconds of rest

Set up

Accessories: Squat Stand, Pull-Up Bar, AbCrunch

Level: Low medium (set to host your strength)

Circuit 1: Cardiovascularization (Inspired by 3rd day)

Medium level / stand + pull-up bars

  1. Incline Mountain Climbers
  2. Squat jumps (option varying seats: At the same time, proved, single foot – 10 repetitions each)
  3. Pull-ups +wash

🔁 Repeat 2-3 rounds

Circuit 2: Strength (inspired by day 1)

Low medium level / cables

  1. Trunk rotation (r/ l)
  2. Seated/ kneeling rows
  3. Tilting to the chest

🔁 Repeat 2-3 rounds

Circuit 3: Core & Control (inspired by day 2)

Low Media Level / AbCrunch

  1. Burpie slide out
  2. Knee
  3. Oblique pleats (r/l)

🔁 Repeat 2-3 rounds

Circuit 4: Stretch & Reset (inspired by day 4)

Level of low medium

  1. Runner’s Lunge + Hamstring Rock (R/L)
  2. Seated twist
  3. Board
  4. Childhood attitude + breathing work
