Doing pull-ups with confidence!

What programs have you been successful in?

Small group training. I love women’s training and lifting small groups.

When and why did you join Fit4Females?

My first Fit4Females workout took place inside July 2025 when my mom went on a last minute trip and said I could go in her place.

My mum has been involved with Fit4Females for years and my sister had been involved for about a year before I joined.

At first I was very anxious because I couldn’t lift much, I didn’t exercise at all.

After three or four sessionsI realized that I liked the way I felt after the workouts.

I decided to join because I knew it would be healthy for me, a way to get out of the house and a community that supports each other.

I started my first group lifting program September 2025 and they haven’t stopped since.

What made you stay with us?

Once I started taking regular classes, I loved how revived I felt afterwards. My body felt alive – something I hadn’t felt since gym class in high school. Over time I felt stronger and more confident in the gym.

At first I stuck with the courses because I knew it was the healthy decision, but over time I kept coming back because I liked what I felt.

I love being part of a community of women who inspire and support each other

My victories (big and small)

My victories (big and small)

I recently got one new personal best in the 30 second serieswinning nine meters compared to my previous attempt.

Seeing a tangible result from my effort was exciting and motivating.

My friends and family have also noticed that I look better — especially my arms.

I feel more confident when it comes to physical activity and in class I now challenge myself heavier weights.

What would I say to someone who is nervous about joining?

Just come. Overcome stress and self-doubt and make the choice for yourself. I was very nervous at first, but after my first lesson I felt confident enough to go back. If possible, go with one friend or family member it’s also a great way to get to class and stay accountable.

The best “Make it happen” fitness tip.

Making it happen means you show up and try your best.

Don’t compare yourself to others in the class.

Instead, use them as inspiration to work harder.

My goals for the next 90 days

In the next 90 days I want to make sure I am drinking enough watersomething I often forget to do while I’m at work.

I also push myself to lift heavier weights and don’t underestimate myself.

If I can do a set well at a certain weight, I try to do it increase by five to ten pounds on the next set.

One Last Thing

Coming to Fit4Females gives me the opportunity to work on mine physical strength, endurance and general lifestyle.
