How to make chocolate chocolate oats

First mix all of your ingredients together for one oatmeal in a night in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or lid. I like to make everything in a bowl and then when they are mixed, I like to transfer to individual Mason jars if you take them on the go. For raspberries, you can either add fresh raspberries or wipe them and make a raspberry mat.

Prebeet Energy Probiotic

Reflux

If you followed me for a while on Instagram, you know I’m a huge prebiotic prebiot prebeet fan! Some benefits from this supplement are that it gives heart and traffic support, gives an energy boost without caffeine and reduces bloating and gas. It has powdered beetroot juice and a giant thrust of vitamin B12.

They recently changed their formula and has a better taste now. This will not really give your food a taste of beet, but it has a nice taste of berries instead. It is now available in convenient on-the-go stick packages as well as a scoop case. I plan to take some stick packs with me on vacation later this month!
