This sedentary lifestyle has been linked to many health problems such as obesity, heart disease and back pain. But fear not, there are ways to break out of this sedentary trap and live a more active and healthy life. In this guide, we’ll explore different strategies that can help you incorporate movement into your daily routine beyond sitting in a chair.

Understanding the sedentary trap is important to breaking out of it. It refers to the habit of prolonged sitting that has become a norm in our daily life. Whether we’re working, studying, or just relaxing, we tend to spend most of our time sitting. This can have detrimental effects on our health and well-being if left untreated.
