Vaginal expanses naturally improve sexual activities without side effects.

What are vaginal dilators?

The most common name for vaginal dilators is vaginal dilators. Professionals in the health care sector usually prescribe vaginal dilators to help stretch and lengthen your vagina. For many different reasons (physiological and psychologically), your vaginal tissue has become tight and painful or contains uncontrollably before, during or after intercourse.

Buy vaginal dilators now

In some cases, even the introduction of a tampon or the existence of gynecological examination causes convulsions and pain in the vagina and pain. Sexual therapists recommend the use of vaginal dilators as an expansion therapy for women experiencing ongoing vaginal pain.

What is expansion therapy?

The expansion therapy consists of the use of vaginal exploitation to slowly open the vaginal area. Treatment occurs in the privacy of your home and can take a few weeks or months before the actual improvement. Clinical research shows that expansion therapy works improving the elasticity of your pelvic floor muscles at some point.

When to use expansion therapy?

In sexual medicine, there are many reasons why women may need expansion treatment. For some women, the cause of painful sex is unclear. For others, cancer treatment is the source, but regardless of “why”, the treatment of vaginal expansion has helped countless women. When to use expansion therapy depends on the advice of the healthcare provider, but is generally prescribed when you have one of the following conditions.

Vaginal stenosis

Vaginal stenosis is a side effect of the treatment or radiotherapy of the pelvic floor as a cancer treatment. It can also occur from genital surgery. According to the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, women usually undergo the vagina and sexual changes after cancer therapistst. The procedures cause a lack of vaginal flexibility and vaginal stenosis, resulting in possible scar tissue and vaginal atrophy (dryness). When this is the vaginal penetration of any kind that can come with intense pain, beating or even a burning sensation.

Vaginal

Vaginal It is an unintentional spasm or contraction of the pelvic muscles. The reasons for the vagina may be natural or psychological, but regardless of pelvic pain. There are two classifications of the creek – primary and secondary.

Sexual medicine classifies primary vaginal as a present throughout a woman’s life. Perhaps, sexual dysfunction did not become apparent until she had her first pap symear or tried to have sex for the first time. The primary gulf makes sexual penetration extremely painful or impossible.

The secondary creek begins after a woman had an active sex life and suddenly sexual intercourse becomes painful. Causes for this may have a traumatic experience or relationship/emotional issues. Or there is no direct link. The vagina is more common than people who understand and is nothing to be ashamed to experience.

Menopause symptoms

Menopause It is a change in hormone levels that usually occur when a woman is in the early 1950s. It is a natural part of life and marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years – the symptoms of menopause cause night sweats, insomnia, weight gain, vaginal dryness and much more.

Conventional treatment for menopause is hormonal treatment. Although this has become controversial in recent years. Reducing estrogen levels can cause vaginal tissues to become a dryer and thinner, resulting in pain and sexual problems. Expansion therapy can help reduce these symptoms.

How to use expansion therapy?

Expansion therapy is easier than you think. It is important to note that vaginal dilators are not sexual toys or vibrators, but medical devices used to help women overcome painful vaginal penetration and sexual problems. How to use expansion therapy depends on each person, but in general, the following steps help to ensure success.

Steps of expansion therapy

The first step

The first step in expansion therapy is to choose high quality vaginal dilators. The size of the dilators you want depends on the pain you can stand while introducing it. It is best to start with the smallest dilator at the start of treatment. Vuva ™ Ditators Come on individual packages but also compound or set.

Vaginal dilators also come Medical plastic, soft silicone and can have neodymium magnets. Once you have chosen the right dilator, you are ready for expansion treatment.

Second step

Vaginal dilators encourage muscle relaxation. When you start treatment, choose a quiet, private place for treatment. Private life helps the mind and muscles relax.

Third step

Before using the dilator, wash well with soap and water. Dry the dilator completely before you start.

Fourth step

Place in a comfortable position on your back with your knees to lift. Add a liberal amount of water -based lubricant to the dilator. Personal lubricants help to reduce the pain of the dilators input.

Step five

Slowly enter the dilator as much as you can comfortably. You do not want to cause yourself too much pain and discomfort, but it is a cure, so you have to push yourself a little for vaginal dilators to work overtime.

Step six

Keep the vaginal dilator inserted for 2-30 minutes or for as long as you are comfortable with doing. First of all, you may only be able to stand a few minutes and you might want to stop. This is normal. Sexual problems have severe physical and emotional pain. Sexual therapists recommend that they practice deep breathing and remember that this will pass.

You have to lie on your back during treatment. Do not try to move or walk. Walking around can cause more pain and not recommended with vaginal dilators at all.

Step Seven

After each session, clean and dry your vaginal dilator. Please hold it in a safe and dry place. When you are ready to start the treatment again, you can use the same dilator as before or increase the size as you progress.

As part of the treatment, you may experience some mild bleeding afterwards. The blot is normal, but if the problem persists, consult your doctor. Also, the peeing after leaving the dilator helps prevent uterine infections (UTI). While this is unusual, the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is this as a method of prevention.

Is proper expansion treatment for me?

Female sexuality is beautiful and complicated. Expansion therapy is a safe and natural way to overcome sexual problems associated with painful vaginal penetration. The choice is up to you. When you are ready to experience the power of sexual healing, try Vuva ™ Ditators. You will be amazed at how the experience can be.
