1. Combine turmeric into smoothies

A simple mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and spices of choice is all you need to add this unexpected but so pleasant magic to your meals.

4. Mix turmeric in soups

It has become the second nature for me to add the ground turmeric to soups and soups that simmer on my stove for a dash of healthy curcumin compounds, a color burst and the signature of the earthy warm mood.
