Start your new year with us and the Refresh & Reset program!

Get excited girl because we are bringing you our best program yet!! We’re starting the new year ready to get strong and sculpted thanks to our four-week Refresh & Reset program! Next month is all about building a strong mind and body, thanks to a mix of workouts that include strength training, HIIT, yoga, mobility and meditation!

Each week, the workouts get harder as you get stronger! Due to the progressiveness of the program, you will stay challenged, motivated and excited for the next workout! And of course, as your trainers at TIU, we also bring enthusiasm and invigorating energy so that you feel confident in your abilities and ready to face every new challenge!

REGISTER NOW!

What to expect from the Reset & Refresh program

We’re starting this program strong, but conservatively! You’ll ease into the tension with bodyweight, barbell, and hip workouts that lay the foundation for your next month of fitness! Over the course of the week, you’ll combine total body, upper and lower body strength workouts, as well as sculpting yoga routines! You also have a foam and stretch routine for recovery and a meditation (which you’ll see every week of the plan!) to get your mind in the game and build that confidence!

Weeks two and three increase the challenge of each workout by going faster, adding heavier weights, doing more compound exercises, or increasing work periods (and reducing rest breaks)! You’ll add HIIT routines and a mobility session to keep your schedule well-rounded and your energy blasting!

Last week means work! It’s time to grab heavier weights, take your intensity to the next level, and progress to every advanced exercise! You’ll still get a mix of muscle group focused workouts, plus interval sessions mixed with plyometrics, along with a dynamic yoga flow to tap into your inner warrior!

Throughout the program, you’ll also see quick workout boosters that elevate your routine for the day, giving you an extra burn! Feel free to add them whenever you want a little something extra for your day!!

Your renewal and reset Program instructors

Three of your favorite TIU instructors lead you through this Refresh & Reset program, leaving you feeling inspired and ready to unleash your best self by the end! Even if your motivation is low at first, you’ll be excited to get moving and push through week four!

Hunt: Call the leader your inspiration! Chevy always has the most encouraging words that will make you feel like a badass woman! It also offers you a wide variety of workouts, including strength sessions, yoga flows, and yoga sculpting routines that combine strength exercises into yoga poses! Plus, you get some interval training too!

Dahlia: Bringing some heat to every workout, Dalia is all about offering challenging strength routines and creative combination exercises that test your body in new ways! It takes you through toning and HIIT workouts, along with a super soothing mobility routine that will have you feeling SO GOOD mid-program!

Allegra: You know you’ll be working your legs and feet when it comes to Allegra’s workouts, but she also offers an upper body routine that combines boxing moves, along with ab workouts that seriously sculpt and strengthen the core! Follow her cues and hit every rep, because it’s worth it!!

Let’s start this mindset reset and refresh!

Once you’ve completed four weeks of the Refresh & Reset program, you should feel strong, empowered, confident and invigorated all over! The progressive approach is meant to test your limits and prevent you from getting bored or your routines from getting stale! Variety also increases the fun factor—along with your amazing instructors!

Do each workout at the level that works for you—lifting weights that are challenging but doable and making any modifications you need throughout the program! But don’t be afraid to push it (while hitting each workout with precision!). The goal is to stay present with every move and really kick it into high gear in the final week!

We know you’ve got this and you’re going to CRUSH IT! Be sure to let us know how it goes and how each workout is for your beautiful body!!

Here’s to a strong and powerful Refresh & Reset this year!!!
