Things are going to go crazy

On December 19, 2001, the scholarship of The Ring Hit Theaters and Nerd Culture changed forever.

If you are like me, you relate these holiday films and you are going to review all three films (apparently the extensive versions).

Reinstall it Scholarship Recently, and I had a funny thought.

While in Moria mines, Gandalf reads the final entrance to Mazarbul’s book, Balin’s diary and dwarf colleagues and their missions – and collapse – in the mines:

We cannot go out:

The end comes soon.

We hear drum drums in Vathi.

They come…

As I was watching this scene, I could only laugh as I thought about the current gyms worried about the crowds coming in January:

“They come …”

Currently, millions and millions of people are ready for “New Year’s Eve, my new”.

Many of these people – you may include yourself – decided on January 1st will be the day to return to the gym or start your training routine.

I think this is LARGE!

Studies show that the existence of a “new starting” or the selection of specific milestones, such as January 1, may be beneficial to make changes.

But there is a problem: “Transition to the gym regularly” is not a decision.

Are dozens of decisions to be made:

  • Which gym are you going to join?
  • Will you change at home or in the closet?
  • How is the parking state?
  • What time of day works best for you?
  • What level of participation in the gym will you get?
  • Will you choose courses or train on your own?
  • What pieces of equipment will you use?
  • Do you know how to use this equipment?
  • Will she shower in the gym or at home?
  • How many times a week will you deal with?
  • What if your equipment is used?

If you find gyms that intimidate or cause stress, doing all this in January is like playing a video game with legendary difficulty:

The equipment you want to use may be occupied.

The parking state can be a nightmare.

The class you want to get can be full.

You will look for any excuse to tell you why you can’t do anything. If you are intimidated by a gym or inflated because they are overcrowded, then your brain will ask you to stay home and never participate.

I know now, your brain says to you “Wait until January 1 …” before you try again.

That’s okay!

However! If you are willing to take a few steps now, the future will be much more likely to succeed.

Here is the challenge …

Participate today, but don’t even get involved!

This is the perfect opportunity to join without the Added pressure of all humanity:

This allows you to make all the additional road decisions:

Which gym, where to park, what time of the day will you go to, etc.

I am a fan of Terry Crews’ advice to build a habit of going to the gym:

“Go to the gym and just sit there and read a magazine and then go home. And you do this every day. Go to the gym, don’t even get involved. Just go.

Because the habit of going to the gym is more important than training. Because it doesn’t matter what you do.

You can have fun – but as you have fun, you keep doing it. ”

Try and think of these next two weeks as a Beta test with no expectation!

There is no training routine to follow.

You make sure you know where the equipment is and how it works

Make a dry course of what would be to deal with in the morning or evening.

You do not need to beat yourself to not be completely consistent.

Instead, you are simply focusing on building the toughest part of the routine now (reaching the car or walking the gym and open the door).

This means you can hit January 1 with a momentum. And you never underestimate how strong the momentum is.

I don’t gift you!

Many people will participate in our Coaching program In January, which is exciting!

But just as joining a gym early has benefits, uniting our training before rush means less waiting, more time to set up with your coach and more momentum that is directed to the New Year!

We see this every year … that brings me to my two layers for you.

Nudge #1: If you are in the fence for training, Plan an hour To talk to a NF team member this week.

While talking to us, just mention “Scholarship” for $ 50 from your first month or $ 100 from our longest prepayment programs.

Learn more about Nerd Fitness Coaching

Hopefully this push can help you make your decision a little easier, as it will be easier for us to match the right coach before things get a little full in January.

Oh, and if NF coaching is not on the cards for you right now, don’t worry!

Nudge #2: To start the first week of January, we run a Free 5 -day Kickstart Challenge Here at Nerd Fitness, hosted by coach Matt Myers. Just click the button below and sign up!

Become a member of the free 5 -day challenge

Matt will face the number one reason why most people fail to follow with their fitness and nutrition programs – and what you can do to make 2025 the year that really sticks things.

Okay, back to watch Lord of the rings!

-Steve
