Breast size plays a role in perceived attractiveness and self-esteem. There is no argument when it comes to breast size and sex. men like bigger breasts. There are both natural ways and medical solutions for women who desire bigger breasts.

Four ways to get bigger breasts

1. Diet for breast enlargement

Eat enough estrogenic foods

Estrogen is a powerful female sex hormone, and the right levels can lead to enlargement of breast tissue. Testosterone is the equivalent of the male hormone and reduces breast development. Avoid high-carb foods like chips, crackers, white rice and baked goods to minimize testosterone production. Great sources of natural estrogen include: pumpkin, garlic, red beans and peas, soy foods, eggplant, flax seeds, pumpkin and squash.

Have more fresh fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables not only provide powerful antioxidants, but also help regulate testosterone levels in the body. Anthocyanins and antioxidants help build healthy tissues and protect against free radical damage. Be sure to eat at least four servings a day and include blueberries and strawberries.

Try soy

How to increase breast size? Soy products are high in isoflavones that can help the body increase its own estrogen levels and promote breast growth. Soy products are also rich in protein and can help build and repair damaged tissues in the body. Soy milk comes in a variety of flavors.

Include Healthy Fat in Your Diet

Monounsaturated fats are the best choice for increasing breast size. Other fats are unhealthy and end up accumulating in all the areas most women don’t like, like the hips, thighs and belly. Healthy fats are high in omega-3 fatty acids and are beneficial for heart and brain health. Try adding olive oil, avocado, raw nuts and cold water fish to your diet.

2. Herbs to increase breast size

Triangle

The miracle of this herb lies in a substance called diosgenin. This powerful substance stimulates the strengthening of breast tissue through a hormonal effect.

Wild Yam

Either alone or synergistically with fenugreek, wild yam is known to enhance female breasts. Besides, phytonutrients also improve healthy breast tissue.

Fennel

Women have been using fennel for its estrogen-like compounds for centuries. This result translates into an increase in breast size.

Anise seed

This seed has many health benefits due to its estrogenic properties. Medical research has noted that these seeds are beneficial in stimulating lactation, treating infertility, and improving the size and appearance of a woman’s breast.

3. Exercises to increase breast size

How to increase breast size? Set up a consistent, targeted workout routine.

Yoga or Pilates

These forms of exercise not only strengthen the core, but also strengthen the pectoral muscles below the chest. This increase is evident from the improved size and shape of the breasts.

Push ups

By using the proper technique of keeping the back in a straight line and the body in a straight line, dramatic improvement in the pectoral muscles will be achieved. These muscles are located under the breasts and by toning and strengthening the pectoral muscles the breasts will also gain improved firmness.

Chair lift

Begin by leaning back into a stable chair. Squat with your feet slightly out in front of your knees and reach back with your hands to grab the armrest or seat of the chair. Slowly lower your torso down without going beyond 90 degrees of elbow bend, then push yourself back up. This will tone and tighten the arms, chest and shoulders, while enhancing the overall size and appearance of the chest. Repeat 10 times and do two more sets of 10 after a break.

Palm thrust

This last exercise can be done anywhere and works magic in improving the appearance of the chest. Place both palms together and press into each other for a count of 5 and then slowly release. Work to complete 10 reps.

4. Other measures to increase breast size

Massage

Proper massage technique can improve breast size by several mechanisms. First, massage stimulates blood flow to the breasts and allows natural hormones and estrogen from the diet to reach the breast tissue more efficiently. It is believed that the receptors in the breast tissue will respond better to estrogen after massage. Use an oil such as Ylang-Ylang, olive or almond and schedule two 15-minute sessions (one in the morning and one in the evening). Massage the breast in a downward circular motion with gentle but firm pressure. Be sure to include the areola and areola to stimulate the release of prolactin, which also stimulates the response in breast tissue.

Hormone replacement therapy

Treatment options include natural and prescription hormone replacement options. Many products contain L-Tyrosine, which is believed to help build muscle and reduce body fat. Other drugs consist primarily of estrogen to directly stimulate breast tissue. Product options include pills, creams, patches, injections, and even nasal sprays.
