Now that I use and love Balance products For the last few years, I thought I would share some of my top choices!

Hi friends! What are you doing? I hope you have a great week. Today it started bright and early with a F45 category, I liked the brunch with friends and I write this place in the ballet parking lot.

After all retirement festivals, this week felt cool quite cool.

For today’s post, I wanted to share a Roundup of my favorite balance products now that I’ve been using them for a few years. Over time, I have tried countless supplements, detoxification and wellness products, but very few have really impressed me as a balance. If you have followed me for a while, you know that I am all to get to the basic cause instead of putting only one band in the symptoms. That is why I like the approach of functional medicine supported by the balance of balance to support the body of course.

I am super selective for supplements and products I buy (Equilife and now food is #1 from a landslide) and I know it can overwhelm when you start for the first time.

Here are some of my tried and true go-tos. As always, talk to a doctor before you make any supplement changes. It is also useful to do functional tests to see your unique imbalances so you can strategically complete. Many people receive blind supplements that don’t really need it.

*A note that subsidiaries are included below that allow me to win a very small kick. You can also use the Fitnessista10 code for 10% from your first order!

The best balance products

Daily nutritional support

If I only had to recommend one balance product to everyone, That would be. DNS is basically a multivitamin, protein shake and detox in one, making the favorite basic element for busy mothers, working professionals and active children. P takes it every day!

Because I love it:

Provides all basic vitamins and minerals to the right proportions.

It supports detoxification (ideal for those who fight with sluggish digestion or inflammation).

The Vegan Protein mixture keeps you complete and fuels your workouts.

Flavors … Okay 🙂 I mix with Truvani or Now Foods Protein to get some extra protein and make it try even better.

I like to make it as a nutritious dense protein pudding and top with berries and Nuttzo. This is my breakfast almost every day.

Omega 3s

Most people are inadequate in omega-3s, which are essential for brain function, heart health and reducing inflammation. Equilife Omega-3 supplement It is one of the purest and most dynamic types available and is a daily basic for me. It was a huge part of my autoimmune therapeutic journey, too.

Because I love it:

EPA & DHA High potential for maximum anti -inflammatory benefits.

It can help with joint health, brain function, eye lubrication and hormone balance.

Without fish (because let’s be real, no one wants it). Kids like that too!

If you deal with brain fog, joints or inflammation, the addition of omega-3s can make a remarkable difference.

Functional medical detoxification

If you have ever felt sluggish, inflated, or simply “off”, a Functional medical detoxification It could be exactly what your body needs. I do at least one sometimes each year (ideally quarterly), and every time, I feel lighter, more activated and completely refreshed. My full revision for Dr. Cabral detox is here.

Because I love it:

It supports liver detoxification (so important in today’s world full of toxin!).

It can help with the digestion, bloating and clarity of the skin.

It can balance the sugar and blood cravings.

It is not “juice cleaning” or crashing diet-it is a nutritious dense reset that gives your body a break and allows it to function in the best possible. When I do this detox, it helps me to rejuvenate my relationship with whole foods and notice a huge difference in my skin, reduced inflammation and increased energy. The link is here.

Wet melatonin

If you are struggling to fall or stay asleep, the melatonin may be everryyyyyyyything. This rapidly absorbent formula It helps you get into a deep, restorative sleep without waking up. If I feel confronted before bed, or I want to sleep on a flight, melatonin saves the day for me. I was scared of melatonin (before I learned more about it), and now I like these things.

Because I love it:

It supports the natural production of melatonin for a healthy sleep cycle.

It can help reduce stress and cortisol levels.

It works quickly (ideal for those who fight with racing thoughts at night).

Quality sleep is not negotiable for overall health, and this makes it much easier to upgrade and wake up renew.

CBO protocol

If you have dealt with bloating, IBS or bowel imbalances, This 12 -week protocol changed my whole life (and I’m not exhausted). It is designed to balance your gut germicide, reduce inflammation and improve digestion – something I recommend to customers all the time after the workshop has been reviewed.

Because I love it:

Candida target, bacterial overgrowth and bowel defamation.

It can help with the bloating, digestion and sensitivities of food.

Includes probiotics + nutrient repair for long -term healing.

Bowel health affects everything – the skin, hormones, energy and immune system – so if you deal with persistent issues, it is worth considering! I don’t recommend this protocol without doing an oat test first.

Progesterone Support

If you are struggling with PMS, irregular circles, mood changes or low energy, progesterone It can be the part of the puzzle. This type is designed to naturally support progesterone levels, which are vital for hormonal balance and fertility.

The last time I checked my hormone levels, my progesterone was on the floor. Now I have taken this supplement Constantly (and I really work in my nervous system), my progesterone is back on a healthy level.

Because I love it:

Contains Vitex (Chasteberry) to support progesterone production.

It can reduce PMS symptoms, bloating and mood changes.

It supports better sleep and relaxation.

So many women experience hormonal imbalances without realizing it, and this is an excellent tool to help restore balance of course. I would not recommend adding this to your routine without a test of stress, mood and metabolism.

Universal binder

If you are looking for an electricity supplement to support detoxification, bowel health and general well -being, I like universal connective material. Personally I love this product for its ability to help remove toxins and support a healthy microbicide – especially if you go through a functional drug detox, clean the pests or just want to reduce your toxic load.

Basic ingredients and benefits:

Activated carbon – helps to connect toxins, heavy metals and environmental pollutants, helping to safely remove them from the body.

Bentonite clay – a natural detox who supports bowel health by binding to unwanted substances while providing basic minerals.

Humic and Tuberculosis-Abouts these plants from plants help improve nutrient absorption, promote bowel healing and support cellular energy.

Because i love it

Food toxins, water, beauty products and even the environment can be created in our body over time. Universal binding material helps to support the natural pathways of the body, “grabbing” these toxins and transported them – so they do not recycle and cause inflammation. This can be especially beneficial for those who are in bloating, brain fog, skin issues or bowel imbalances.

If you are making a Detox, Parasite Protocol or CBO protocol, this is a key tool to ensure that you are properly binding and eliminating toxins. Just be sure to remove it from food and supplements so that it does not interfere with nutrient absorption!

Daily probiotic

Your gut hosts trillions of bacteria and their maintenance is balanced is the key to digestion, immunity and even mental health. This high quality, wide range of probiotics is necessary daily. Note: I do not recommend probiotics for everyone. If you have impressive imabalances, probiotics feed all bacteria (good and bad) and can really make the symptoms worse. That is why the test is critical, friends.

Because I love it:

50 billion CFUs of beneficial bacteria for optimum bowel health.

It can help with the bloating, digestion and sensitivities of food.

The type of survival ensures that your gut actually arrives (not all probiotics are!).

Easy way to support digestion and immunity

All their operating laboratories:

Equilife offers a variety of tests that give in -depth knowledge to your hormones, bowel health, nutrient levels and much more. I learned how to run these tests in my Integrated Health CertificationsAnd they have changed the game for my health, my family and my client.

My favorites:

HTMA (Analysis of Mineral Hair Tissues): It helps to detect imbalances of minerals, electrolytes and heavy metal toxicity.

Oat Test: Identify Candida, bacterial overgrowth, nutrient deficiencies, precursors neurotransmitters and digestive imbalances.

Anxiety, mood and metabolism: Determines cortisol, sex hormone, blood sugar levels, vitamin D levels and thyroid issues.

Food Sensitivity Test: A must for those involved in inflammation, bloating or skin issues. My criticism is here.

Downloading personalized data gets speculation from your health journey. Instead of trying blind different supplements or diets, these tests can help you identify your unique needs and toxicities.

So tell me, friends: Have you tried anything from Equilife? What is your favorite? What are some of your completion brands?

Xoxo
