Healthy snacks for nausea

The feeling of nausea and vomiting is the most unpleasant in the first trimester. According to a research, 50% of expectant mothers in the first trimester feel nauseous. At such times, it is difficult for you to keep anything in your stomach. You may find it difficult to eat a full meal. The caring spouse may or may not feel the same way. But to deal with the situation, he has to remember what the doctor said.

Hydration is key

Enough rest

Getting support from friends, family and doctors

Getting enough rest can be good for you. Talking to friends and family who have had babies for support should be relaxing for both of you. Doctors or psychologists can support you just as well and can keep you stress-free.
