The busy programs require simple, delicious and versatile meal solutions. Enter the Chicken Breast Slow Cooker-a Game-Changer for meal preparation, easy week dinners and quickly renewable meals. Ingredients:

– 4 chicken breasts without bones, no skin

– 1 cup chicken broth (or water)

– 1 teaspoon of salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 teaspoon of sweet garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon of onion dust

– 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions:

  1. Place chicken breasts in slow kitchen.
  2. Sprinkle even spices over chicken.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the top.
  4. Cover and cook at low for 3-4 hours or until the chicken is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165 ° F.

Lemon chicken

– Add 1 teaspoon of dried Italian spice

– Replace chicken broth with lemon juice and water (1/2 cup each)

Better for: tacos, burrito bowl or quesadillas.

Teriyaki chicken

– Use 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce instead of broth

– Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of ginger

– Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions after cooking

Better for: Mix fried, rice cups or lettuce wrappers.

Mediterranean

– Add 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

– Replace the broth with tomatoes with 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup of water

– Mix olives and feta cheese after cooking

Better for: Cereal Cups, Pasta or Pizza.

Chicken buffalo ranch

– Exchange of chicken broth for 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

– Add 1 tablespoon of spice

– Mix a small Greek yogurt after cutting for cream

Better for: wrappers, sandwiches or loaded sweet potatoes.

Mustard chicken

– Replace chicken broth with 1/2 cup of honey mustard sauce

– Add 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard for extra tang

– Stir well after cooking to cover evenly

Better for: Graduate cups, sandwiches or grilled vegetables.

Coconut chicken

– Use 1 cup of coconut milk instead of broth

– Add 1 teaspoon of curry curry and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

– Mix chopped coriander after cooking

Lemon chicken

– Use 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup chicken broth

How to save and reheat the chicken breast for kitchen

– Refrigerator: Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

– Freezer: freezing in portions for up to 3 months.

– Recentration: warm in the microwave oven with broth lap or on the cooking layer over low heat.
