Urinary tract infections (UTIS) is a common and often painful health concern that affects millions of women worldwide. These infections can occur in any part of the urinary tract, including bladder, urethra and kidney, and can lead to a number of unpleasant symptoms. Recognizing the signs of an UTI and knowing how to deal properly is necessary to maintain women’s health and general prosperity.

In this guide, we will explore the various aspects of urinary tract infections in women, from understanding the causes and risk factors for the recognition of common symptoms that can mark an UTI. We will also be in the importance of immediate diagnosis and proper treatment, as unprocessed urinary tract infections can lead to more serious complications.

What are the symptoms of urine infections?

Urinary tract infections (UTIS) can affect any part of the urine system, including kidney, urinary, bladder and urethra. Symptoms may vary, but usually include:

  • A burning sensation during urination
  • Frequent urination
  • An urge to urinate but incomplete cancellation
  • Pain or pressure on the back or lower abdomen
  • Pelvic pain
  • Urine blood
  • Cloudy, dark or strange or strong herbs, sometimes mixed with blood
  • Fatigue
  • Fever and/or chills
  • Nausea and/or vomiting

There are three main types of urinary incontinence

There are various urine incontinence treatments available, including both lifestyle and drug changes.

  1. Lifestyle changes: They include pelvic floor muscle exercises (Kegel exercises), weight loss, avoiding food and drinks that can irritate the bladder and constipation management.

  2. Medication: There are several types of drugs that can be used to treat urinary incontinence, such as:

  • Anticholinergic drug: They work by relaxing the muscle.
  • Alpha-Blockers: They work with the muscle relaxation in the neck of the prostate and bladder
  • Beta-3 Agonists: This medicine works by stimulating bladder
  • TricyClic antidepressants: they work by slowing down bladder contractions and increasing bladder capacity

It is important to note that the treatment will depend on the type of incontinence you have and the underlying cause, so it is best to seek advice from a medical professional.

Natural treatments for urinary tract infections

This can be used to treat urine incontinence, although it is important to note that these corrective measures may not work for everyone and it is always better to consult a health care professional before trying any new treatment.

Some natural remedies that can help relieve symptoms of urinary incontinence include:

  1. Pelvic muscle exercises (Kegel exercises): These exercises can help enhance the muscles that support the bladder and urethra, which can help reduce urinary incontinence.

  2. Weight Loss: Weight loss can help reduce pressure on the bladder and urethra, which can help relieve incontinence symptoms.

  3. Diet changes: Avoiding foods and drinks that can irritate the bladder, such as caffeine, alcohol and spicy foods can help reduce incontinence symptoms.

  4. Herbs: Some herbs such as pumpkin seeds, palmetto and horsetail are known to help with urinary incontinence.

  5. Yoga and Meditation: Yoga and meditation can help relax the muscles of the urinary tract and improve bladder control.

  6. Acupuncture: This alternative treatment can help reduce incontinence symptoms by promoting relaxation, reduce inflammation and increasing blood flow to the pelvic area.

Here is a step -by -step guide on how to perform Kegel exercises for urinary cross -cross infections in women

Step 1: Determine the pelvic floor muscles you can locate your pelvic floor muscles by trying to stop urine flow when using the bathroom. The muscles you use to do this are the muscles of your pelvic floor.

Step 2: Contribute and release the pelvic floor muscles Once you find your pelvic floor muscles, you can start exercise. Sit comfortably and shrink the muscles for a 3-5 second measurement, then relax for the same number of time.

Step 3: Repeat the exercise Repeat the contraction and relaxation of the muscles for 10-15 repetitions, processing up to 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions a day.

Step 4: Incorporate exercise into your daily routine, you can do these exercises while sitting, standing or lying down. Try to incorporate exercises into your daily routine, as when sitting in your office or watch TV.

Step 5: Gradually increase durability and repetition as you become stronger, you can gradually increase the duration of contractions and the number of repetitions.

It is important to note that it may take several weeks or even months to see the improvement of urine incontinence with Kegel exercises.

Acupuncture: A natural solution for urinary incontinence – how it works

Acupuncture is a form of alternative therapy that can help reduce urine incontinence symptoms by promoting relaxation, decrease in inflammation and increasing blood flow to the pelvic area. Here is a step -by -step guide to how to get acupuncture treatment for urine incontinence:

Step 1: Counseling with a acupuncture before receiving acupuncture treatment, it is important to consult an authorized acupuncture. This will include a thorough examination of your medical history and a discussion about your symptoms.

Step 2: Determination of appropriate acupuncture points The acupuncture will determine the appropriate acupuncture points on the target based on your individual status and symptoms. These points will be found in specific areas of the body, such as the lower back, lower abdomen and inner thighs.

Step 3: Introduction of needles The acupuncture will use sterile, thin needles to enter the recognized acupuncture points. The needles will remain in place for 15-30 minutes, depending on the individual case.

Step 4: Remove the needles after the needles leave for the appropriate time, they will be removed from the acupuncture.

Step 5: Treatment with monitoring treatment for urinary incontinence usually includes multiple sessions, usually about once a week. The number of sessions required will depend on the individual case and the acupuncture will recommend the frequency and number of sessions.

It is important to note that acupuncture is a holistic treatment and it may take several sessions to see improvement. It is also advisable to consult an authorized acupuncture before starting any acupuncture treatment.
