Share the details on the health planning course if you spend this week working on your goals for the new year!

Hello friends! Happy New Year!! I hope all is going well so far. I missed you guys. I feel like it’s been holiday chaos for two weeks now and we got a puppy too! We have so much to catch up on, but I feel like I’m finally getting out of the wrapping paper and cheese piles to get my life back together 😉

For myself, I thought I would count today as the beginning of the New Year. When it happens on a Thursday, I think you get a free pass for the rest of the week. While many of my daily routines will remain the same, I still have some big personal, health and fitness goals that I will share here tomorrow.

For today’s post, I wanted to share a recap of the health planning lesson we did in December.

If you thought:

“I wanted to sit down and plan this year…”

“I want to be intentional, but I’m already feeling behind…”

“I don’t want to regain my health in 2026…”

Consider this your friendly reminder that you are not late. You are on time.

The 2026 Health Planning course has already gone live, but I purposefully created it so it can be just as powerful on repeat, especially for anyone just now finding the space to think clearly about their goals.

If you missed the live class, you can still access the full replay and use it to create a personalized, realistic health plan for the coming year.

Just add your email here and you will automatically receive everything in your inbox.

Why Most People Struggle With Health Goals (It’s Not Discipline)

Every January I see the same pattern.

Women are motivated. They care. They want to feel better.

But they don’t have a clear plan that fits their body and real life.

This is not a problem of will…. it’s a programming problem.

Most people try to:

Do too much at once

Follow the general advice that doesn’t apply to them

Correct the symptoms without understanding the sequence of operations

This class is designed to change that.

This is not a “new year, new you” mentality.

It’s about clarity, strategy and starting from the right place.

What you will learn in repeating the health planning class

When you sign up, you’ll have instant access to the full replay of the workshop so you can watch it on your own time: pause, resume, take notes, and come back to it as needed.

In class, we go through:

– How to reflect on the past year without judgment

– How to identify what is holding you back right now

– How to set goals that support hormones, energy, sleep and metabolism

– How to stop guessing and start prioritizing

This is especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to start — even if you already “know a lot” about health.

Create a custom health plan (with ChatGPT)

One of the most powerful parts of this class is learning how to use ChatGPT as a tool, not to replace your intuition, but to support it.

I guide you how to:

Ask better questions about your health

Clarify next steps based on your symptoms and goals

Build a design that looks personalized and realistic

When you sign up, you’ll also have access to the custom GPT I created so you can:

Build your design alongside iteration

Adjust it as your body and goals change

Revisit the box whenever you need a refresher

Think of this as a reusable system instead of a finished lab.

Add your details here and get everything for you.

Why replay tracking still matters

Here’s what I want you to remember:

You don’t have to start over.

You don’t have to do everything at once.

And you don’t need to impose incentives.

What you need is:

Clear starting point

A realistic plan

And confidence that you are moving in the right direction

This course helps you zoom out, ground yourself, and make intentional decisions instead of reacting to symptoms or breaking old habits.

And for many women, once they see their plan clear, it becomes obvious why a gentle detox is often the smartest first step, so I also share next step options like DetoxU at the end of the course for anyone who wants extra support.

Ready to create your 2026 health plan?

If you missed the live class in December – or if you’re just now feeling ready to sit down and draw – the replay is here for you!

When you sign up, you will receive:

Instant access to full replay of Health Programming

The complete design framework

A link to my custom GPT to help you create your custom design

Just add your information here and you will receive it in your inbox!

As I create content for the New Year, I’d love to hear anything I can help with or anything you’re struggling with right now. Leave a comment and let me know or email me gina@fitnessista.com subject CONTENT.

Have a great day and see you soon!
