Sharing the details about Equilife six -monthly sale Plus a huge Giveaway wellness.

Hi friends! I hope you had a wonderful weekend of July 4th. The pilot was on a trip, but the girls and I met with friends for swimming and dinner, enjoying an NCL activity together and returned for a family dinner in time on Madre last night. I also spent the weekend preparation because it’s a big week this year: the six -month balance sale is starting today, Prime Day is tomorrow and Nordstrom Annientay Sale is on Wednesday. There are many things happening at the same time, so let’s put our pants together and share all the best of the best things here on the blog and IG.

Personalized Summer Sale of Balance

Today, the party starts with the six -month summer balance! This is an amazing opportunity to save high quality, wellness functional products that really make the difference in how you feel every day.

From July 7 to July 13, enjoy:

– 10% off sitewide

– up to 30% discount selected products

– 30% off your first month in all new subscriptions

– Free Tote Equilife 2025 bag with orders over $ 149. These are my favorite bags for grocery shops and pavements. Is huge and keeps everything nice and cold 🙂

You can shop here.

Here are my top product choices! These are what I personally use (and love) and we regularly recommend customers for their transformative impact. * Of course, you always talk to a doctor before making supplement changes* If it’s your first purchase, use the code Fitnessista10 for additional discount.

My favorite balance products (and why I love them)

1. 7 -day detoxification

If you feel you have tried everything – more sleep, consistent workouts, clean food – but still feel swollen, tired or stuck, this is an incredible starting point.

This functional drug detoxification is designed to restore your body detoxification systems in just one week. It helps to support the liver (which is responsible for hormone balance, metabolism and toxin clearance), promotes healthy blood sugar and gives your digestion a break.

Because I love it:

I feel lighter and more activated after each round

My skin cleans, my face de-puffs, and I have a deeper sleep

It is my quarterly go-to that I know will bring me back and make me feel amazing

Detoxification here

2. Universal binder

This is a must-have for those who make sauna, red light, detox protocols or pest cleaning. Toxins are released during these processes, but without connective material, they can recycle and make you feel worse.

Because I love it:

Can bind mold, mycotoxins, heavy metals and other inflammatory compounds

I use it during pests or sauna sessions to help prevent detox symptoms

Is soft, effective and not exhausted minerals like the hardest connectors

If you invest in treatment, this helps to protect this investment by safely removing whatever is released.

Binding material here

3. Daily Nutrition Support (DNS)

This is the first thing I have every morning. DNS is a dust of functional medicine, daily multivitamin, mineral supplement and supporters of detoxification in a shake. (I’ll mix it with Truvani or now foods protein for even more protein)

Because I love it:

It is fast, easy and complete. You don’t have to take a lot of pills

Helps bridge nutrient gaps from modern foods and stress

15g of vegetable protein per scoop, plus activated B vitamins and liver support nutrients

If you are short in time but you want something nutritious and balanced to start your day, that’s it.

Dns here

4. Omega-3 support

Most people are inadequate in omega-3 and this deficiency can lead to inflammation, hormone imbalances, brain fog and even dry skin.

Because I love it:

It is made of wild fishermen, small fish (sardines and anchovies) and tested for purity

Supports shiny skin, hormone balance, cardiovascular health and mental clarity

One of the few supplements that significantly improves the texture and recovery of my skin

This is a non -negotiable in my routine and many of my customers’ plans.

Omega 3 support here

5. Melatonin (liquid)

This is such a polite but powerful tool for sleeping, especially during the journey or anxiety. Unlike other melatonin supplements, the Equilife version is micro-dosed so you can easily adjust.

Because I love it:

It helps me to sleep faster and to sleep more

Wonderful for shifting your circadian rhythm if you travel or recover from exhaustion

It has a great taste and works quickly

I don’t use it every night, but when I need help to finish, that’s what I get. I probably use it once a week, if I feel wired or memory, and during the journey. This is how I avoid the delay of jet!

Melatonin here

6. Full -spectrum magnesium

Most people are inadequate in magnesium – especially in women under stress and active friends.

Because I love it:

Supports over 300+ enzymatic processes in the body

Helps with sleep, mood, digestion, hormone balance and muscle recovery

I take it every night and most of the time, I sleep like a rock. P also gets it every night!

This is one of the first three supplements I recommend across the boat.

Magnesium is here

7. Adrenal glands

If your nervous system is fried, your sleep is disturbed or you are beating everyone around you … this may be a total gameChanger.

Because I love it:

Contains clinically supported adapters such as Ashwagandha, Rhodiola and phosphatidyloserine

Can help reduce cortisol, reduce stress and bring you back to balance

Is the cooling pill 🙂

If you burn the wax at both ends or recover from chronic stress, this is amazing. It was a key supplement to my personal treatment trip.

The adrenal glare is soothe here

8. Progesterone Support

Hormonal balance is the key to energy, sleep, mood and metabolism, and this herbal supplement can naturally support progesterone production.

Because I love it:

Great for dominance of estrogen, heavy circles and symptoms of adoption

Can help support mood, reduce PMS and improve sleep quality in the mime phase

I have noticed more emotional stability and less blisters when I use it consistently

*I would not recommend adding this one without trying first to see if you need it*
