Morning sickness is a common experience for many mothers-to-be, often characterized by nausea and vomiting during the early stages of pregnancy. Although it can be an uncomfortable and challenging phase, several natural remedies can help relieve these symptoms safely. Here are some effective strategies to consider:

1. Ginger

Ginger has long been renowned for its anti-nausea properties. Whether consumed as ginger tea, ginger beer, or even raw ginger slices, this root can help settle your stomach. Many women find that drinking ginger tea first thing in the morning or snacking on ginger cookies can provide relief.

2. Small, Frequent Meals

Eating smaller meals throughout the day instead of three large ones can help manage nausea. Not getting your stomach too empty or too full is key. Choose bland foods such as crackers, toast or rice, which are less likely to cause nausea.

3. Hydration
