Mermaid Smoothie Bowl (blue-green, vegan, sugar-free, oil or salt added)

Immerse yourself in this lively Mermaid Studies bowl, a beautiful blue-green mixture that is as nutritious as it is impressive. Made with spirulina antioxidants, omega-3 chia seeds, creamy banana, rejuvenating citrus and soy milk for vegetable protein, this bowl is a nutritious dense force. You can also overcome the bowl as you like, with berries, coconut and cocoa mold for an even greater taste and strong diet. Naturally free of added oil, sugar or salt, it is ideal for your healthy eating style or just starting your morning with something magical. Easy to create, refreshing and delicious – this smoothie bowl is a healthy pleasure that looks as amazing as it tastes!

Go forward and make a refreshing dip in a healthy, tasty, vegetable bowl today! This Smoothie Mermaid Cup is completely vegetable (vegan and vegetarian) and gluten -free. A touch of spirulin-a full of nutritious, blue green algae-gives this flower bowl the pure ocean color and its diet. I am a fan of leaf behavior, such as algae and spirulina, in the diet more often as a sustainable source of diet. In fact, I was asked to write an article on algae in the 2020 summer issue Oprah Magazine, where I shared my tips to include more healthy foods from the sea in your diet. You can also see my blogs about Spirulina and algae for even more health and cooking tips.

You are just plaguing these six simple ingredients and you will have a healthy, tasty breakfast, mini-downtown or rich snack ready in a matter of minutes. While you can enjoy this smoothie bowl immediately, for the best results, do it the day before and let it cool in the fridge one night so that the Chia Seeds Gel to create a pudding, like a creamy texture.

Step by step guide:

Gather all your ingredients to make this recipe: bananas, oranges, soybeans, spirulina, vanilla, spirulina, coconut, berries and cocoa molds.
You can find Spirulina at most natural grocery stores and online.
Place bananas, orange and chia seeds in a small blender container.
Add spirulina, vegetable milk and vanilla to a blender container.
Procedure only for a few seconds, until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a large individual bowl (about 2 cups). Garnish with sliced coconut, cocoa mold and berries. Cool until you serve the time (for best results, cool all night). Enjoy!
