Regular participation in muscle strengthening activities are associated with observable health and fitness benefits. Besides to improving physical function and psychological well-being, A growing body of evidence links strength training to longevity. That is, engaging in strength-building activities throughout life can help adults live longer and live healthier. Instead of focusing only on the concept of lifespan, which simply referred to quantity of the years we have lived, we should think about its construction “force», which emphasizes quality of life in terms of physical strength and functionality. A bigger force means that a person can not only live longer, but May also be able to perform daily tasks independently and recreational activities skillfully as they age.

By definition, force refers to a quantitative measurement of physical strength, such as grip strength or maximum strength repetition in a lifetime.
