However, as a new mother, it is important to take care of yourself to make sure you feel your best and help your recovery.

There are many ways to take care of yourself after childbirth, some of whom include:

  2. Eating nutritious foods that support your healing body

  4. Reading a book
  5. You are not afraid to ask for help when needed
