There are many ways to take care of yourself after childbirth, some of whom include:

  4. Reading a book
  5. You are not afraid to ask for help when needed

1. He sleeps as much as possible

As a young parent, you already know that it is not always easy to sleep after childbirth when you have a baby, especially during these night foods when your sleep is disturbed.
