When it comes to skin care, we often focus on our face – but what about the rest of our body?
Your legs are just as much attention, especially in the colder months, and this “face foot” I gave to myself really transformed the dryness of the skin into just 20 minutes.

Here’s my 3-step, 20-minute face foot This completely improved the texture of my skin and brought it back to life. From abnormal and dry, in silky smooth legs. Voila.

Because my legs became really dry and needed a face leg

As a specialist, I am all to take care of my skin well, either on the face or in the body. However … recently I ran out of shaving cream and shaved my legs with water and ended up with a razor burning. Immediately afterwards I got out of the shower, the skin was injured on my feet and were red and irritated for hours afterwards. Oh.

Normally, I will heal it with a good body lotion for dry skin, however, I do a workout for my body three times a week with these electric pillows for increased muscle stimulation and you cannot have body lotion as the skin won the glue glue «t stick. So, I didn’t apply much lotion and my foot showed it.

So what does Esident Esthetician do better? Give a person! I needed some serious help, so I did here to get smooth legs – fast.

The footing products of the foot

How to get smooth legs with one face foot – step by step

Step 1: Relax the dry cells of the skin with a chemical exfoliation of exfoliating pillow

In dry skin, I used the DERMADOCTOR KP DUTY BODY PEEL PADS And they wiped them over my feet. These powerful peel pillows are specially designed to dissolve rough, dry bumps and dead cells using a mixture of glycolic, lactic, salicylic and lactic acids. It is normal that I felt a sense of stinging. After all, the barrier of the skin was severely damaged and the pH of the pillows ranges from 1.5-2.5. A pillow was enough for both legs, but I was working quickly to avoid the pillow from drying.Apply peel pillow on foot

Step 2: Avoid dry skin with a “natural” exfoliated

Then on dry skin, I put the Peter back and body towelover my feet. This towel is quite abrasive (which I love) so that it really polishes all these dry, damaged skin cells. You can really feel it works. I used this for about four minutes per foot to give them a great polishing.

I didn’t get a lot of pressure, since the texture of the towel is strong enough, so go easily – especially for your first time giving your feet a person. I could already see the skin start to look smoother before my eyes. So transformative!Using a towel on footUsing a towel on foot

Step 3: Continue exfoliation with a chemical mask of mask

Okay so now I used a body lotion, the Dermadoctor KP lotion. This is a body lotion, not a real mask. Since I had already taken two exfoliation steps, I used it as a 10 -minute mask.

This lotion is extremely strong (PH ranges from 3.5-4.5) and is filled with glycolic acid and lactic acid (Aha’s) along with glyconolactone and galactobonic acids (PHA) to truly dissolve dry, uneven skin still deeper. The massage on my feet and I left it for 10 minutes. It definitely popped my feet, but I’m used to the feeling of using acids and I know this is what I needed to reappear the rough, abnormal texture on my feet.

After 10 minutes, I went to the shower and stole it. My legs certainly felt sensitized, but this is a normal feeling when taking three steps. After the shower, I applied My favorite skin oil To adjust the skin and the texture of my skin was really transformed. The results were absolutely incredible! If you have dry skin in your body, I encourage you to try it. I’m obsessed.Applying the riding to the footApplying the riding to the foot

Some final notes on my face foot …

  • The results in before and after the photo were only one treatment. I repeated this face foot three days later to further reappear the skin to get even more improved results.
  • For maintenance, I suggest a face foot twice a month But you can keep with the Peter back and body towel and the Dermadoctor KP lotion (used as a license body lotion) at least once a week.
  • Always listen to what your skin tells you. I am very experienced in what the acid exfoliation can feel, but if it feels too much for the first time, then stop use.
  • Exfoliating acids can increase your skin sensitivity to the sun So avoid any sun exposure for two days after this face foot.

Overall, exfoliating acids can give you the shine from your finger head. As you can see clearly, the results were incredible! You can do this twice a month, especially during the winter. Enjoy your dry legs become pale and smoothly!

Note for yourself: I will be sure you will not skip using shaving cream the next time I shave to avoid the skin on my body to get this dry again!

Do you want to convert the texture to your face? As a specialist, do this once a week on your face. Here’s how to give your skin a person at home
