If you are looking for a healthy, pick up, you can feel good about this recipe is for you! This recipe with honey and sea salt cold brewery will not only give you a boost of prolonged energy, help you with digestive problems and enhance mental clarity thanks to daily dose mushrooms. This recipe is made only with natural ingredients to enhance health that you can feel good!

I have a complicated relationship with coffee. I love it, but it doesn’t love me back. Years ago I realized that my stomach could not handle normal coffee on a daily basis. Then I discovered low acid coffee. Low acid coffee is great and I highly recommend it for everyone who drinks coffee on a daily basis. If you experience pain in pain and stomach, it may be your daily coffee.

Lately I have had a large IBS/hormone/intestinal leak/candida flair up. I have been to a mission to calm the inflammation in my gut in every way I can. This included daily juice, meat stock, alcohol and upgrading to my daily coffee. I tried the mushroom coffee about a year ago and I liked it, but once the bag was empty, I returned to the usual low -acid coffee. It just didn’t taste as good as my normal coffee and it was too expensive to continue.

Currently, due to my health concerns, I decided to try again the brown mushrooms, but this time try a different brand. I landed Daily dose. The daily dose is what I like about coffee. It has a rich taste of coffee and when I add cream it is comfortable and comforting. The daily dose actually contains low -acid coffee, but only 1/2 the amount of a typical cup of regular coffee.

Once in a while, I want a cold boiled in the afternoon, so I decided to experiment to see if the daily dose could work for it. I am excited to say it works great and so I wanted to share how I make a honey and sea salt cold brewing with mushroom coffee for a delicious but healthy pleasure that keeps me out of the cafe through!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon. Daily dose of coffee
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup of choice milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons. raw honey or brown sugar
  • sting
  • Paramine of heavy cream cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add 1 tablespoons. of daily dose and 1/2 cup hot water in your glass and mix.
  2. In a separate cup or bowl, add 1/2 cup any milk you prefer. Add a sting of sea salt, 1-2 tablespoons. of honey and a dipped cream.
  3. Using a foam mixture up to thick and foam.
  4. Pour the milk mixture into the coffee and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can nix honey and use brown sugar if you prefer.
  • I used almond milk, but you can use any milk you prefer. Keep in mind that coconut milk does not foam.
  • If you prefer not to use a daily dose, you can use 1/2 a cup of highly prepared coffee or an espresso pod.

A word for foam:

A good foam is all you need to achieve a light and milk light and flight, but you can also use a real Frother milk. I shared what I love to one of My favorite things (from Amazon) post. It was a wonderful market. My daughters adore it for their tea and matcha tea. Heated and cooled or cooled and cooled. If you don’t have any kind of frosher, that’s okay as well. You will just need to mix well with sea salt and honey manually.

Why the daily dose?

I like it Daily dose Because it is polite in my stomach, it contains mushrooms, collagen and try for mold, minerals, mycotoxins and allergens. Coffee is well known for these things, especially mold. Another huge reason to choose a daily dose if you are looking for healthier coffee is taste. It’s so smooth.

Each scoop contains 45 mg brown which is about half of what a regular cup has. Cutting caffeine is a good idea, especially if you have bowel problems or adrenal stress. However, if you need the full 90 mg of caffeine, they also offer a bold option. Even with the version of 45 mg you will experience prolonged energy throughout the day and not with a rush of energy followed by crash.

Complete list of ingredients: Proprietary Coffee Blend, collagen protein, mixture of mushrooms daily (Lion’s Mane & Chaga extracts), L -theanine.

Good news! I have a link where you can get 45% from your first order and a free boot kit that includes a terrible recharged foam and a metal spoon. The naive in itself is worth it! Use THIS Link to try it!

I contacted the company hoping to offer you a deal and got a pretty generous!

Consider when you buy a daily dose, you have automatically registered for subscription. I don’t like this, but with this coffee I will rearrange a month. However, if you do not want to rearrange, it is incredibly simple to remove yourself from the subscription by signing in the account you created when ordering. Make the cancellation very obvious and user -friendly.

Subject ingredients:

  • Sometimes, when I want to figure out honey and go for coffee. It’s my preference, but honey is healthier. You could also use regular sugar or maple syrup.
  • If you want to be really forgiving, Caramel is a delicious addition !!
  • The sea salt is thin, but it adds this gourmet touch. You can skip it if you prefer. Himalayan salt or sea salt are the only salts I would use for this recipe.
  • I used almond milk and a dip from heavy cream. You can use any milk you would like. You can also skip the cream. You won’t need it if you use the whole milk. Coconut milk can be used, but it will not leave.
  • I highly recommend trying to try Daily dose For the benefits of taste and health, but you can make this cold preparations by making a strong pot or the use of espresso lobes.

Let me know if you make this coffee recipe! It’s a delicious enjoyment that you can feel good and you don’t have to worry about breaking the bank or get a bunch of unpleasant ingredients. The daily dose is perfect for making Lattes at home that taste everywhere as good as a coffee shop!
