With the time of cold and flu just around the corner, the first things that come to mind to strengthen the immune system are oranges, chicken soup or extra supplements. But you knew that some of the strongest immune supporters can be found in your closet: Herbs and spices? Herbs and spices are an easy way to add taste and food to your meals. It is the way of nature to give us immune support tools in our kitchen.
