A leading seller of audio products HearUSA recently announced plans to open a series of groundbreaking Hearing Centers of the Future in 2023, starting this month in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The first of its kind center features a HearAcademy Learning Centre, where Hearing Professionals can receive ongoing training, and a Hearing Specialist Apprenticeship (HIS), for Customer Experience Specialists and external candidates.

Building on the new HearUSA brand promise to deliver the Sound of a New Era, each new Hearing Center of the Future is designed to help customers experience hearing care in a whole new way that fits each patient’s unique needs and lifestyle.

The new centers feature a design philosophy that is modern, innovative, welcoming and attractive. open spaces and product displays; available use of center technology such as QR codes, iPads and interactive displays. key touch points including a welcome center, solutions wall, as well as relaxation and business advice rooms.



Over-the-counter hearing aid solutions

The consumer-friendly environment creates an atmosphere where customers, guided by licensed Hearing Professionals (HCPs), can explore prescription hearing aids from leading brands such as Widex and Signia, as well as over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid solutions. . from Sony. They can receive valuable information to help them achieve better hearing health, receive a free hearing evaluation, try out simulated hearing environments and experience the latest hearing aid technology in the comfort of a state-of-the-art sound experience room.

HearAcademy Learning Center

Palm Beach Garden Center features a HearAcademy Learning Center where today’s Hearing Professionals can receive continuing education to stay at the forefront of technology and service advancements and ensure that HearUSA customers receive simply excellent hearing care in all centers across the country.

In addition, HearUSA is creating a pathway for Customer Experience Specialists and external candidates to participate in HearUSA’s Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) Apprenticeship Program, which empowers apprentices to gain the training and clinical experience needed to become licensed Hearing Professionals.
