Fun Finds From Amazon: 2 3 Months Of My Favorites!

Amazon has always been one of my favorite places to peruse for new and interesting beauty finds. Being able to search multiple beauty categories, read reviews, have my favorite products on auto-ship, and have my purchases delivered quickly right to my door makes for a fun and easy shopping experience.

Another favorite thing about Amazon is that I can easily check product recommendations I get from other people! I even added one Facebook Community Favorites section in my Amazon Storefront with all the great skin care finds from my private Facebook group. If you are not a member, I would love for you to become a member. AN AMAZING PLACE ON THE INTERNET! Register here → Penn Smith Skin Care Community

In this blog I give a quick little speed review of some of my favorite finds over the last few months and what I love about each product. You can also see them in the corresponding video on Youtube. Look out for my health and fitness findings SOON. I included one in this blog…But I have many more that have really taken my fitness to the next level! I’m coming soon!

5 FUN AMAZON Finds: Budget Beauty

Skin care

One Thing Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate Toner

Skin type: normal, sensitive, dry, oily or combined

Worry: pores, fine lines, dryness, aging skin

What I like about this product: Galactomyces is a fermented yeast extract known for its brightening and moisturizing properties. Beyond that lactomycetes can improve skin texture and hydration. This ultra-simple formula goes on like water and absorbs into the skin leaving little residue. It easily fits into my routine at the essential step (right after AM and/or PM cleansing) and doesn’t interfere with any of my other skincare. Nice

Kahi Wrinkle Bounce All-in-One Hydrating Multi Balm

Skin Type: normal, sensitive, dry, oily or combined

Worry: fine lines, hydration, skin aging, pores

What I like about this product: This handy little multi-tasker is my replacement for the Tatcha serum stick (which I still love…). I use it in many ways – as a cuticle conditioner, as extra moisture on my hands, under my eyes at night when I need a boost of hydration, moisture and radiance, and as a spot treatment. It’s a little workhorse that travels well 🙂

Hair care

Heeta scalp massage

What I like about this product: smallHead massage can stimulate blood circulation, promoting healthier hair growth and reducing scalp tension. In addition, it can enhance the effectiveness of hair care products by helping their absorption and distribution throughout the scalp. It can also help distribute natural oils evenly, nourishing the scalp

and improving overall hair health. This little low-fi tool is cheap and

handy. I combine it with a scalp serum every night – massaging before scalp

serum and immediately after. Ouch! Did I mention it feels SO GOOD?!

RPZL Hair Volume Powder

Hair Type: Great for all hair types!

What I like about this product: Volumizing powder products are designed to add instant lift and thickness to hair by absorbing excess oil and providing texture for enhanced volume and body. This does EXACTLY that! I apply the parietal ridge (think the temple at the back of the head and then the other temple) and skip my actual partial line. If you have darker hair (like me right now) I recommend playing it this way. Lighter hair? Short hair? this is amazing for volume all over! There is a texture left behind so be aware that your hair will feel it "bromic"… But in a good way

Large Angenil Pro silicone mats

What I like about this product: This is just a really simple troubleshooting tool! This mat serves as surface protection when using hot tools, but then turns into a heat protection case. Perfect for travel…No more running your iron under cool water to pack!

Makeup

KYDA Powder Blush

The shade I have is Rosewood but there are several others available!

What I love about this product: It’s obviously an attempt to dupe the popular DIOR blushes that are everywhere right now. I own one of the Dior blushes and these are very similar (to be fair, I think the DIOR ones are a touch less powdery). At well under $10 a piece these are a STEAL! My two favorites come together in a set for $10!!

Energy concealer brush under the eyes

What I like about this product: This brush is very nice for under $10. Are they as nice as my BK beauty brushes? No. But it does the job really well and is perfect for throwing in my purse and go brush. The material is synthetic, soft and firm: perfect for concealer under the eyes.

Grande Cosmetics heated eyelash curler

What I like about this product: Okay, this is a random really awesome tool for me. I use mine to curl my lashes (I know, weird). It takes moderately "warm" and would work well to make a temporary eyelash "elevator".

Fun finds

Lipzi Anti-Wrinkle Straw

https://amzn.to/3VhAAB7

What I like about this product: Ok, this might seem silly, but if you drink A LOT from a straw, you might want to consider this little modifier…

SURE, but for those who drink from their water bottles every day all day, there’s no doubt that the repetitive motion can cause lines to form on the lips. I like this little set because it’s affordable, the lip attachment feels right, and it comes with a brush to clean the straw.

ZELUS Weighted Vest

Available in 6lb, 8lb, 12lb, 16lb, 20 pounds25 lbs and 30 lbs

What I like about this product: THIS is so great to wear at home, on walks, while working out… Take your health to the next level by simply adding a weighted vest! I was inspired to try one after seeing Dr Mary Claire Haver use one at the Pause Life retreat…I came straight home and bought one and never looked back. A small investment in our health! Mine is 20 pounds, but any extra weight is GREAT!
