Recipes and foods I’ve been loving lately

This blog contains affiliate links. I will make a commission if you make a purchase using my links.

I have tried different foods and cook for myself. I was kind of routine as well as experimenting with different recipes I saw on Pinterest and TikTok.

I love my Starbucks brown sugar iced oat milk and will treat myself to it, but I’ve been experimenting with creating a similar but warmer drink at home. I really liked the Cafe Bustelo Cafe con leche flavored K-Cup to use with my Keurig. I also occasionally put some whipped cream on top for an occasional treat.

One major thing I like to do is make frothed milk and pour it over my coffee. Sometimes I mix in brown nutmeg, brown sugar and vanilla. The first time I frothed it was perfect. I can’t reach that level of perfection anymore.

I have all the items on my Amazon storefront list of coffee ideas. I am an Amazon influencer and I commission the purchase.

My favorite breakfast foods

Breakfast is my favorite. I like to have a big breakfast to start my busy day. There are so many different ways to try breakfast.

My favorite egg recipes

My favorite breakfast ingredients lately are eggs. There are many ways you can make eggs. I like to mix spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes into the eggs. Sometimes I use other vegetables like zucchini or squash. I stir the veg on top first for a few minutes and then stir in the eggs if I want to create an omelette style. I leave the vegetable aside if I want to create scrambled eggs. Sometimes I like to make a sandwich with bagels, croissants or cookies. I would use sausage or bacon when making sandwiches.

Another fun way I like to make eggs is to make them in a muffin pan. Then I would mix the vegetables and eggs in a cup together and spread them evenly.

You can make a dozen mini muffin-shaped eggs and store the rest throughout the week or even freeze them. Another cute tip is to place some pillsbury flake donuts on the bottom to create an egg/cookie hybrid.

Breakfast Pizza

I am obsessed with this recipe. I buy the pillBury pizza crust to use for this recipe. I cook my bacon in the Ninja air fryer to cook the potatoes and bacon. It creates a perfect crispy texture for both. I grill the vegetables as usual. I cut the bacon and mix all the ingredients together. I mix the eggs together with the ingredients. In a separate pan, I make country sauce to use as a sauce, while the crust in places in the oven leaves five minutes. I remove the crust after five minutes and pour the white sauce over the crust as a sauce. I put the egg mixture on top and sprinkle my favorite cheese. I think cheddar cheese is best with breakfast.

Favorite yogurt combination

I love Greek yogurt with vanilla honey mixed with chia seeds and topped with gentle coconut granola. I mix my favorite fruit with yogurt. Makes a delicious snack.

I make my own breads

I try to cook my own food like tortillas, bread and cookies. I haven’t tried bread yet, but I recently tried the cookies and tortillas. The tortillas were good, but they broke easily when I tried to roll them to make taquitos. I made them with tortillas at the store and they turned out delicious. I made them with a check and steak and it was delicious when I used the store branch. I did a gentle fold and fried the tortillas with the meat to make a taco so the tortilla doesn’t break. It was still good.

I have tried this wonderful combination of cream cheese, brown sugar and a little vanilla. It tastes like a delicious cheesecake and makes a delicious spread.

Brightly to keep food fresher and live a sustainable lifestyle *

Brightly was a lifesaver to keep food fresh. It helps me keep food organized and last longer. The reusable sealable bags, stasherto store food and use it for easy on the go.

Silicone food containers help me store leftovers. They are available in various sizes and facilitate cleaning. I love how they come in different sizes to range from a large amount of leftovers to small sides. It is easy to compress and save space.

I love how it reusable bowl covers saving plastics and waste. I never have to worry about buying plastic covers or foil. The design is cute and the fabric is reversible. Available in three different sizes and adjustable cable. It is easy to wash and you can wipe or wash.
