Bioskryb Genomics and Tecan Group today introduced a workflow with a high performance cell, combining the form of 384 Resolveome Bioskryb wells™ The whole genome and single cell -transcript with Uno Single Cell Distributor™provided by Tecan. The integrated solution allows for the parallel analysis of high resolution hundreds to thousands of individual cells, facing the growing demand for escalating, multi -party approaches to a cell research. By reducing the dependency on time -consuming cell sorting techniques, such as fluorescent cell sorting (FACS), the workflow offers a more rational and accessible approach to an integrated genomic and transcript profile.

The corporate relationship between Bioskryb and Tecan merges multi -election chemistry with precision automated organs to provide scaling analysis with a high performance cell. Utilizing the distribution accuracy at Picoliter level, UNO is incorporated into the protocols of a Bioskryb cell, making high resolution multi -resolution analysis more accessible. The fully integrated workflow simplifies cell isolation, reduces manual handling and provides high quality genomic and transcription libraries ready for sequence in less than ten hours-resulting in increased efficiency and consistency in one cell studies.

This work flow brings next -generation polymyomas to each lab, “

Suresh Pisharody, CEO, Bioskryb Genomics

“By reducing the need for complex cell sorting methods such as FACS and rationalizing the entire multiple analysis process, researchers can obtain deep genomic and transcriptional knowledge with minimal time.

“In Tecan, we are committed to helping customers and partners escalate innovation in the field of healthcare worldwide.” said Mukta Acharya, head of TECAN LIFE Sciences Department. “BIOSKRYB’s selection chemistry with Uno Single Cell distributor allows researchers to effectively escalate the studies of a cell, while maintaining high quality and reproduction of the data.

With an emphasis on automation, scalability and ease of use, this work flow removes obstacles to a high performance cell research. Bioskryb and Tecan’s partnerships authorize researchers to accelerate discoveries in cancer research, drug development and precision medicine, incorporating precise distribution of reagents and digital cells with advanced polymmatic chemistry.
