There is a lot to look forward to this month. For starters, as I write this, we’re experiencing early signs of spring (hello, warmer temperatures and plenty of sunshine!) across the country. Additionally, Mercury goes direct on March 20, meaning technology and communication glitches, as well as any frustrating delays, are likely to clear up.
Read on to see what specifically is in store for you this March, based on your zodiac sign. (Hot tip: Also read the ‘range for your rising sign’ for an extra dose of useful insight.)
Your March wellness horoscope is not packed

Aries (March 21 – April 19)
After the March 3rd eclipse in your sixth house, you may experience changes at work or otherwise deal with a health issue. If it’s the former, you might want to take a step back to see what processes you might need to streamline or revise for the sake of a better workflow. If it’s the latter, now is the best time to make any outstanding health appointments that have fallen by the wayside. Likewise, you’ll benefit from incorporating mind-body practices into your routine as you see fit—whether it’s a daily journaling practice, an energizing yoga flow, or calming stretches before bed.
Taurus (April 20 – May 20)
Last month you focused on your career and home life, but March is all about relationships – both of the friendship and romantic variety – as well as fun. In case a particular relationship is no longer serving you, it could be time to be honest about the situation and cut ties gracefully. In better news, especially around the March 18 new moon, you’ll be ready to dazzle and supercharge your social life. Consider planning group outings with loved ones—whether it’s a hike, happy hour, Sunday brunch, or even group volunteering. The more company, the better. Until the end of the month, enjoy some solo time at home to rest and recalibrate.
Gemini (May 21 – June 20)
March shines the spotlight on your career. If you’re working on a big project or have an interview or performance review on the horizon, try to plan your biggest and brightest efforts around the new moon on March 18 to optimize your chances of triumph. Since Mercury (your ruling planet) is retrograde until March 20, you may also want to reach out to people from your past—former bosses, colleagues or clients, or even loose ties from college—if you want to expand your network and the scope of your opportunities. Need a confidence boost in the process? Repeat morning affirmations to fill your days with optimism and energy.
Cancer (June 21 – July 22)
After the March 3rd eclipse in your third house, it’s a good idea to book a short trip (may I suggest a solo wellness stay?) or work on a side project related to media or communications. The latter could include boosting your LinkedIn presence, posting some reels on your ‘gram, or anything else that’s public. Until the new moon on March 18, the focus will turn to international travel, foreign culture, and/or higher education. Whether you’re ready to pack for a great vacation or want to take a class for fun or brush up on your professional skills, you’re sure to kick things off with energy and excitement. (If traveling is on the agenda this month, make a good effort and pack some Flatter Me Fiber to stay regular and bloat-free on the go.)
Leo (July 23 – August 22)
Money is on your mind as March rolls around (and that’s not just for Lions who haven’t filed their taxes yet). The March 3 Lunar Eclipse took place in your second house of earned income, highlighting what you can do to further stretch your dollar. There’s even a chance you’ve picked up a new windfall, perhaps through a bonus, raise or tax return. Now is the perfect time to revamp your financial wellness habits—whether that’s automating your monthly savings, getting clarity on impulse buys and expenses worth cutting, or clarifying your financial goals for the near future. Budgeting isn’t always sexy, but financial stability and independence sure are.
Virgo (August 23 – September 22)
Did you burn the candle at both ends? Even if your schedule is packed with work assignments and personal obligations, you need to allow yourself moments of self-care regularly—even if that means scheduling them into your calendar so they actually happen. Maybe that looks like waking up early for some quiet time alone with a hot cup of coffee or walking around the block as the sun rises. It could even be as simple as exercising with snacks during the day, or applying a face mask and listening to relaxing music (instead of mentally rehearsing tomorrow’s to-do list) during your nightly routine. Do whatever gives your mind, body and soul the R&R they deserve. It’s always a good time.
Libra (September 23 – October 22)
Chances are, you’re starting March to be super productive and busy as a bee. While you’re likely to enjoy your responsibilities—maybe even reach a flow state as you tackle them or earn a raise or promotion in the process—be sure not to burn out with all the progress you’re making. Maybe there’s a health checkup you’ve been putting off for a while, or maybe a wellness routine (gym visits, meditation practice, or no-screens-before-bedtime rule) that’s fallen by the wayside. Whatever the case may be, remember to tend to self-care so you can appear your best and brightest self both on and off the clock.
Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)
Love is in the air, whether you’re single or in a couple. If you’ve been facing a romantic roadblock recently — whether it’s a lack of suitors, an inability to spend enough quality time with your SO, or anything in between — things are likely to pick up this month. So go ahead and put yourself out there. Build your dating profile, ask someone out, or plan a fun getaway with your partner to make the most of the planetary energy working in your favor. But by the end of the month, you’ll want to refocus on yourself. Although spring is just around the corner, the risk of getting sick won’t go away, so make sure you’re fueling yourself with healthy, home-cooked meals and high-quality shuteye.
Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)
This month’s focus is on your home. Are there any home projects you’ve had on your radar but put off? Try to get all the important ones done as soon as possible—whether it’s renovating, finding new rental listings on Zillow, or any number of spring-cleaning projects, especially water-related ones (like investing in a new water filter or dealing with mold with the help of a professional). It’s also a great time to declutter. Clearing your home of items that no longer serve you will not only help you activate your space. it can also reduce stress and boost your mood.
Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)
Your job and earnings prospects may have been in flux until recently. If you’re looking for a new job or client, make the most of the expected lull during Mercury retrograde—which goes direct on March 20—by networking with past connections (think: former colleagues and past acquaintances). In fact, most of the best networking prospects come from “weak” connections to your inner circle or best associates. You’ll likely be busy with meetings and other communication-heavy endeavors around the March 18 new moon, so make sure you get a good night’s sleep and start your morning off on the right foot—with a hearty breakfast and a steady dose of sunshine—to fuel your busy days.
Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)
There’s a decent chance you’re still dealing with some major changes that resulted from last month’s solar eclipse on February 17th. As a fixed sign, you prefer to keep things as usual, so you may struggle with anything new that’s come your way. Change can be hard and growing pains are real. It could be helpful to write down your worries, have a heart-to-heart with a trusted friend, or consult a therapist to help you navigate the waves. On a brighter note, you are in a great position to optimize your health and wellness routine. By calling on the essentials of health and longevity—balanced diet, exercise, good sleep, stable relationships, and a positive mindset—you’ll be prepared and ready to face any obstacles that come up in your personal or professional life.
Pisces (February 19 – March 20)
Since Mercury is retrograde in your sign, you may find yourself stifled or not seeing progress the way you want. As frustrating as this may be, allow yourself to lean into a slower, more steady pace. Doing so can help you deal with details more clearly and even optimize performance, whether you’re focusing on a project at work or trying to improve your strength routine at the gym. In fact, you should allow yourself to focus on your inner world (a natural inclination for many Pisces, anyway) and your goals until Mercury goes direct on March 20. Journaling, meditation, and quiet walks in nature can all help you understand where you want to focus your efforts when things return to their usual speed.
