Buendia opened a commercial gym in Roseville, Ca.

The four -stroke Olympia’s physical bodily champion Jeremy Buendia for the commercial “Stoik Gym” was finally held at Roseville, Ca.

With only eight weeks until Olympia in 2025, which will probably be the last, the Buendia competition The Prep has balanced with the creation of its natural and spiritual refuge.

A community -based gym

Some of the best memories of my life and the most important lessons were in a gym.

The Stoik gym gives a priority to the community, encouraging companionship that reflects the belief that gyms should build “characters and spirits” alongside aesthetic natural.

Selection of Stoik equipment

Each machine in the Stoik gym was selected for performance and accessibility. The main points include:

  • Scandinavian curl (NHC): Buendia described NHC as “one of the most difficult exercises”. Studies with thousands of topics show that the strongest, most durable hamstrings lead to dramatic injury reductions. (1) (2) (3;
  • Vertical hip push: This gluten -focusing machine looks like a engine squat variation, but creates anterior voltage (horizontal loading) leading the hips forward to a pillow to lighten the knee load.
    • A comparison using muscle electrodes that found hip pushes activate the buttocks better than the squats. (4) (5) (6) However, research shows that the occupations are so good, if not better, for the development of buttocks.
  • Occupations: To build legs with limited joint mobility, Buendia prefers the pendulum that relieves pressure on the back and allow full Squatting area. (7;

During the browsing, Buendia presented the ability to adjust the angles of the machines and the intensity curves. Buendia’s strategic layout gives priority to efficiency: lower body machines on one side, the upper body on the other, with mirrors mirrors only when the motion visualization is necessary.

Final preparation of Olympia

Buendia remains focused on preparing Olympia in 2025 despite the great demands for the opening of a commercial gym. It has encountered recent weight fluctuations due to long hours and inconsistent meals. With the Stoik gym, it will have time to tighten before trying for the title of Olympia Five in Las Vegas, NV, in October.
