The Pretzel strawberry ice cream pie is made with only 4-rings, it is so delicious with a salty crust and ice cream mixed with fresh strawberry sauce for the perfect dessert!
I wanted to make a dessert that was slightly healthier, perfect for summer and of course, delicious! I have idealized what I would be very excited to see in a summer gathering and decided on this strawberry ice cream. Oh, it’s so good! Made with Michigan strawberries that are so sweet and juicy, this dessert is sure to be one of my favorites this summer. It is an assumption of the classic Pratzel Strawberry salad that is popular in Potlucks.

Why buy Michigan to produce?
This is a matter of my passion because I like all the things that produce Michigan. My parents have a farm in Michigan’s thumb and if you follow me for a while, you know we spend a ton of time there. There are many products that grow there and I’m obsessed.
Michigan Farmer’s markets are also amazing. We love shopping in the eastern market in Detroit on Saturday mornings and the purchase of a variety of products. Products always taste better and fresh in the market for a farmer. If you are not, I highly recommend the eastern market.
Michigan also produces so many products! We are really lucky. Michigan is known for apples, cherries, cucumbers, asparagus, potatoes, celery, onions, tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, crankshafts and much more. I feel so blessed that when they visit the farmer market, we can easily find all these incredible local cultivated foods.
Eating local foods is very nutritious! Of course, fresh fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins, minerals and fibers. When eating local cultivated products, it is often more nutritious because it is fresher and probably got more recently and has maintained more than its vitamins and minerals. If you haven’t got fruit before, I highly recommend looking up-tow Farms near you as it is such a fun activity. We try to get it fruit at least once a year and my kids adore it!
