This gorgeous blue bowl with mermaid goals is made with spirulina, chia seeds, banana and citrus fruits. Vegan, gluten -free, healthy and free from oil, sugar or salt!
Smoothie bowl:

- 1 teaspoon sliced coconut
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- ¼ cup Fresh or frozen berries, various (ie, strawberries, raspberries, cranberry, raspberry)
- Put bananas, orange, chia seeds, spirulina, soybeans and vanilla in a blender container.
- Cover and edit for a few seconds, until smooth and creamy.
- Pour in a large individual bowl (about 2 cups). Garnish with sliced coconut, cocoa mold and fresh berries.
- Cover and cool until you serve the time. For best results, bake all night.
