“There is nothing easy to be suitable and healthy. I would never say: Eat whatever you want or do not exercise. It’s not real. To look and feel beautiful, I have to watch the calories and exercise”- Kim Cardasian

Kim Kardashian, one of the most popular stars whose face we see everywhere, is not one of the celebrities of celebrities that their bodies are a gift from nature. The popular brunette has repeatedly underlined that the beautiful body is a painful work that everyone should be put on the agenda.

Thanks to her unusual appearance, Kim is one of the most important women in the world. Its curves always attract eyes and mainly positive comments, because they are proud of them.

Kim Kardashian’s favorite coach Gunner Peterson has created his favorite fitness program. Kim recently revealed her plan for “Shape” Gymnastics Magazine.

The 30-year-old star does these exercises 2-3 times a week. Kim does 5 kg of medical exercises and two small weights of 2-3 kg.

A– Stand straight and adjust the legs to the same width as your shoulders. Keep the ball close to the right ear so that your elbows are bent.

si– Put your left foot forward and succumb while taking the ball to the outside of the ankle’s left foot. Return to the original position.

Repeat this exercise 6-15 times to the left and then so many times to the right.

A– Stand straight and spread your legs so that the toes are slightly “out”. Hold the ball in both hands in front of the chest. Catacola, so that you bring your buttocks as close to the floor and move the ball to the floor at the same time and hit.

si-Sew and retreat your hands high over the head. When you look up you should see the ball – should be slightly behind you.

Repeat this exercise 6-15 times.

A– Stand straight and adjust the legs to the same width as your shoulders. Hold the ball in front of the chest so that your elbows are headed to the edge.

si– Push the ball and start rotating first to the left, then to the right.

Make 6-15 repetitions.

A-Stand in for push-ups and set the ball a few inches on the left shoulder. Set the left hand to the ball.

si-Make 6-10 push-ups. Then place the ball under your right hand and make another course.

A– Sit on the floor and take the ball into your hands. Turn back and lift your feet off the floor. Keep your knees bent and your legs together. Place the ball in front of you.

si– Start turning the upper part of the body to the left and with your hands bring the ball to the floor. Then do the same to the right.

Repeat this exercise 6-15 times.

A– Take a weight on your hand and put your feet on the width of your shoulders. Kneel at an angle of 45 ° and move your elbows back so that the weight is found next to your chest.

si– Imagine you are in the center of the clock and your face turns to 12. Go with your left foot at 7 pm and kneel on your right foot. The left foot should be almost straight and the right knee is in line with the ankle. Return to the original position and then repeat the same on the other side.

Make 6-15 repetitions.

A– Take a weight in the hand, stand straight and place your feet on the width of your shoulders. Hands must be directed to the body. They kneel so that the weights can be transported to the floor.

si– While overturning, lift the weight to your shoulders and bend your hands (the palms should be directed to the body). Extend your hands forward, return them to your shoulders and then lower them.

Repeat this exercise 6-15 times.

Kim eats many small portions during a day – breakfast, breakfast snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner, evening snacks – so that metabolism can work constantly accelerating.

This summer the Kardashians coach advises all enthusiastic people to weaken to choose at least one rule for feeding and compliance with it. This rule may be:

  • Without food 3 hours before bedtime.
  • The last meal does not contain complex carbohydrates.
  • Protein at every meal.
  • Eating breakfast 30 minutes after awakening.
  • Eating 30 minutes after exercise.
  • Fruits at least twice a day.

Out of Kim Kardashian’s mouth

Inspiration for training: “The days I need extra motivation, I think: bikini, bikini, bikini.”

Sweet, self -esteem, cellulite: “Of course there are times when I feel insecure in myself. I wish I had no. But I like to eat! Especially sweets. I say that I think my thighs are crushed and I have cellulite. When I have a good time.

Inspiration of reputation: “As I grew up, I was constantly watching the skinny models with which I could not connect. Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lopez have proven that you can be curved and proud of it.”

Time to exercise, “It’s the best feeling! When I see people in the gym talking on the phone, I want to say: This is your time to be selfish. Get it!”
