Looking for the perfect skincare products for a cozy Friday night? Healthista has rounded up 7 of our top picks for a fall night on your own

Now that Fall is in full swing, I can think of nothing better than curling up on the couch with my favorite scary movie of the season, while enjoying a full self-care on Friday night.

Add a takeaway, a glass of wine and a full Harry Potter binge – and we have a recipe for perfection.

But nothing would complete a self-care ritual without the help of these essential products, which Healthista collected and tested themselves.

See what we think makes for the coziest nights in…

#1 Croma Firming Face Masks – £66

In addition to an obligatory cup of hot chocolate, these Croma face masks help create the perfect self-care concoction for a girls’ night out, the night before a big girls’ night out.

With skincare hero ingredients like hyaluronic acid, the formula has been dermatologically tested to reduce the appearance of fine lines, boost collagen production and repair dull skin.

The face masks come in a pack of 5, so one for each friend coming over for a treat and pizza night.

#2 Colombia Casual Fleece Jacket – £70

I recently took a trip to the Cotswolds (first timer here) and explored the beautiful country towns. Needless to say, I wore this jacket religiously while we were there.

As we all know, the weather in England can change quite quickly – from sunshine to rain and back in a matter of minutes. Although this jacket is not waterproof, it kept me warm before and after those weather spells.

While I may have missed the memo to bring a Barbour jacket, this made me feel like I fit right in with the country aesthetic.

It has zipped pockets for your phone and keys, so this jacket could even be great for jogging in the winter.

#3 Shearling Suede Slippers by FitFlop – £95

Listen, I know there are other slippers out there (we won’t mention who) that are all the rage right now, but hear me out – it’s like walking on a literal cloud.

They are light but warm as they are lined with shearling on the inside of the shoe – perfect for A/W cozy season.

I may have worn them to the shops once or twice. If you see me out in my pajamas with these, no you didn’t.

#4 Hottea Mama Take A Pause Tea – £6

Would you like a cup? Take a break to make this 100 percent organic, biodegradable, vegan-friendly, and gluten-free tea this fall.

This traditional herb is often used to relieve insomnia caused by mild anxiety or a busy mind.

Containing a number of compounds that may promote sleep, valerian has received attention for its interaction with gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a chemical messenger that helps regulate nerve impulses in your brain and nervous system.

Valerian was were found to inhibit the breakdown of GABA in the brain, resulting in feelings of calmness and relaxation, similar to how anti-anxiety drugs such as Valium and Xanax work.

This tea is also meant to help alleviate the 48 symptoms women experience during menopause, as it contains green tea with raspberry leaf, ginseng and sage – to name a few.

It’s also recommended to drink it iced to reduce hot flashes, as many women online have claimed that this tea alone has helped delay their hot flashes during the day.

Hottea Mama is a GenM partner, Menopause Friendly Tick. For more menopause help, check out the Healthista Digital Menopause Pack here.

#5 OLVERUM Bath Oil – £43.50

Imagine a long day out in the cold winter. Your toes are frozen and nothing sounds better than crawling under your warm duvet.

However, instead, you take a warm bath, add some Olverum bath oil, light a candle, pour a glass of red wine and sink into the depths of your tub.

This bath oil is perfect for just that. It smells like a luxurious spa that takes me straight into vacation mode.

What better environment to imagine yourself in during the upcoming busy season of Christmas.

#6 The Flora Lab Winter Collection Candles – from £19.95

My obsession with all things Fall is getting pretty serious. Gotta have pumpkin spice lattes, watch all the holiday movies, and make as much winter chili as I possibly can.

Then add the Fall scented candles to the equation to top it all off – and I’ve instantly reached a whole new level of basics (but I’m not crazy about it).

These candles not only look great on a coffee table, but if Autumn were a perfume, it would smell exactly like this. You can buy them in melted wax form to put in a burner or heater.

These handmade natural wax candles are the perfect addition to bring in the A/W season and would make a great holiday gift for all your candle loving friends.

#7 Kudd.ly Cooling Weighted Blanket – £49.00

Need a hug but missing your boyfriend? This weighted blanket is the answer. It feels like a giant hug, minus the obnoxious snoring on the side.

Weighted blankets are known to help reduce stress, promote restorative sleep, and relieve chronic muscle pain.

By providing gentle pressure, they can also help relieve muscle tension and relieve pain and discomfort from chronic pain conditions such as arthritis or fibromyalgia.

Plus, the HydroCool™ technology allows the blanket’s temperature to absorb body heat, which is a great addition when you’re having sleepless nights of menopause.

Unlike a relationship, this weighted blanket won’t weigh you down…
