If someone is looking for reasons to stay alive, let me share 50 reasons to maintain. I agree that it is difficult. I know how difficult it should be for you, otherwise you wouldn’t end up reading this blog.

Since you have stopped from my post, I will make sure I try to give you several reasons to keep for a while. When we talk or think about ending our lives, it’s not our life tired. We are tired of our existence, the endless problems, the pain and the pain associated with our lives.

And I believe that any of us who is thinking of ending their lives must have gone through the same process of thinking to end life mentally a hundred times before it really does it. Do you think it’s easy? Taking your own life? It is not, and sometimes, all words fail to soothe or facilitate the person.

Because of the lack of awareness, we still do not have the use of the right language while talking to someone in such a situation. We cannot ask them to look at the brighter side because they could try them all. We cannot ask them to remain positive, but we can be there for them and help them when the situation begins to worsen. In the meantime, for those who still want to give their lives an opportunity, but they wonder why, here some reasons to live your life and keep your dreams:

Thousands of reasons to stay alive, all you need is a 1

50 reasons to stay alive

Most of the time, when I talk to people who are depressed or go through a bad phase of life, I often hear them say they have nothing To look forward to, none He loves them and just want all this to finish. We as humans have the habit of enhancing our negative perceptions and before we are grateful for what we automatically have our focus on what we do not have but we need badly. This is a kind of natural phenomenon that results in a response, flight or freezer response. Here some reasons to stay alive if you are really looking for one:

Sharing some hope seeds that could help you capture your thoughts:

1.) To see your parents

2.) To be able to be there for your best friend when you need the most

3.) To be able to hear your favorite music again and all again. As I hear Coldplay.

4.) have your own children or adopt a

5.) To eat a lot of food you haven’t tried yet

19.) to travel to different places and meet new people from different cultures

21.) to have this raspberry cheesecake once again

22.) to watch “friends” again

23.) To be able to say “I love you” again but to yourself this time

24.) In order to be able to disappear and shout it out loud

25.) To be able to make your children laugh with joy

26.) To be able to forgive your younger self

27.) Be there to hold a born in your hands for the first time

28.) What about hiking effort?

29.) What about preparing for MT.Everest Basecamp? No, I’m not joking

30.) What do you say about your favorite song’s song on top of your voice

31.) or, may say swear and release yourself

32.) What about regulating and completing another milestone?

33.) Be there to smell every time before it rains

34.) in dreams that give you a path

35.) For the feeling you get when you dance like you don’t watch any body

36.) in the rush you take when you set the stage on the fire

37.) To be able to forgive

38.) To be able to leave the pain and the person associated with it

39.) so you can get back home at a time and see your family waiting for you

40.) To be able to be there for your unborn child

41.) to feel the love, passion and sense of one’s skin against your own

42.) so you can receive congratulations and praise for your work

43.) To be able to sing for your friends and watch movies with them

44.) to be able to sleep a little more every morning

45.) To be able to complain about everything around us

46.) To be able to relax and release luggage

47.) To be able to let yourself make mistakes

48.) to move away from weight, guilt, past and things that are not in your control

49.) to be a driver of survivors of somebody a day

50.) To be able to share your story to inspire someone, some day

While there are thousands of reasons to stay alive and live your life as you want, sometimes there is enough reason to end it and this is the point where we have to work. If we are able to save ourselves from abandoning at that time, we could save others someday. It is difficult, beyond our imagination, but if you can help yourself at that unique moment, it will be a worthy worthy of life.

Because the one who goes through it knows it all and he/she can give you several reasons to stay alive, even if it sounds stupid, inappropriate, absurd at that time, but worth a try. Be careful, be careful and know.

Love and light
