Within: Looking for healthy snacks on Aldi? Here are some great options, whether you want something sweet, salty or rich in protein.

Whether it’s a sweet salty or protein rich, believe me: There is a snack in Aldi.

As a registered dietitian and a long -lasting Aldi buyer, I have rounded up my favorite nutritional snacks for you and your children. Here are some of the best Aldi snacks I’ve found:

If you are craving… sweet

Do you have a sweet tooth? Yes, me and me. Here are some options that are sweet but still rich in nutrients.

  • Chocolate bar: This is to take RX bars and have the same list of naked bones and 12 grams of protein per bar.
  • Clusters: List of simple gluten -free ingredient and less than a teaspoon of extra sugar per serving
  • Pure & Simple Bars: The version of Aldi’s Larabars get their sweetheart from the dates and.
  • Greek yogurt smoothie: Made with real berries, less than half of sweetness derived from additional sugar.
  • Ridiculously: They also have 3 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein. They are quite sweet, so use them to sprinkle over yogurt or add to the trail.
  • Trails: Aldi has a variety of these trails mixed with nuts, dried fruits and pieces of chocolate.
  • Dried fruits: Flavors like candy, but it’s just fruits!
  • Flavored Greek yogurt: Top of these 100 calories cups with a few sliced bananas or frozen berries
  • Snack packages: These individual packages of cheese, fruits and nuts are like small mini-lactations.

Why shop for snacks on Aldi?

I consider Aldi my main grocery store because of high prices, but I also like the simplicity of shops (fewer options = less decision fatigue and faster market trips).

Although there is not every snack, there is a diet at home, there are some solid options at affordable prices.

Some notes before we dive:

  • Some snacks appear in more than one category
  • Aldi doesn’t just have a “snack corridor”, you will find them in different parts of the store.
  • Availability may vary between shops and seasons (so don’t come to me if you can’t find anything!)
  • Obviously, a snack does not need to come in a package. Although we often think snacks as chips and snack cakes, anything that can be a snack.

If you are craving… salty

When crisp, salty or salty is more of your thing, here are some good healthy snacks.

  • Popcorn: Simple popcorn cores, oil and salt.
  • Egg: Find those in the freezer department. The options include cheddar cheese and ham or turkey sausage and spinach.
  • Brown rice: This is one of my Faves Aldi. I call them “fake doritos” and they are gluten -free.
  • Guacamole Singles: Avocado is full of healthy fats. Connect these service monasteries to Aldi’s Tortilla Multi-grain chips.
  • Popcorn chips: Think popchips, Aldi-style. Made of corn beans, oil, sugar and salt.
  • Wedges: Cow administration laughs, these spreading wedges come in some varieties.
  • Wheat: Wholemeal crackers of Aldi’s triscuits.
  • Singles Hummus: Hummus on the go. Connect with woven wheat or baby carrots.
  • Nuts: Aldi has a wide variety of different types of nuts, including raw, roasted and seasoned.

If you are craving … fruits and vegetables

Of course, all fruits and vegetables are worthy. But here are some standouts:

  • Peas: Give them a rinse, then dig inside.
  • Applesauce: This has no additional sugar, which is nice.
  • Carrots: Ready to eat – and yes, baby carrots are carrots! After opening, store them in a container to keep them fresher.
  • Mardarin Oranges: Easy speed and bag friendly
  • Dates: Eat these plain, stuffed with a little peanut butter or combine them in a homemade snack or breakfast shake.
  • Frozen berries: They taste like a sorbet directly from the bag.
  • Cups: Look for those that are full of 100%fruit juice.
  • Mini peppers: After a rinsing, you can bite right in them. Awesome for lunch boxes.
  • Dried fruits: Flavors like candy, but she only did with real fruits.

If you are longing for … rich in protein

Foods such as hard boiled eggs, milk, cottage cheese and nuts also provide protein. Here are some packaged options ready for consumption:

  • Protein waffles: 6g protein per waffle. Made with wholemeal flour. Spread them with butter with walnut or top with Greek yogurt for extra protein.
  • Greek yogurt: 15g protein per serving. Greek yogurt is stretched, so it is higher in proteins than normal yogurt.
  • Egg: 15g protein per serving. Find these in the freezer department.
  • Cheese: 6g protein per stick. They also have a cheddar cheese or Colby-Jack cheese.
  • Snack packages: 8G protein per pack. These small packages contain good things such as cheese cubes, nuts and dried fruits.
  • Almond butteR: 6g protein per serving of 2-Tablespoon. Aldi has almond butter and peanut butter.
  • Maximum rods: 12g protein per bar. Made with dates, egg whites, nuts and chocolate.
  • Greek yogurt smoothie: 10g protein per drink. These are made of real blackberries, raspberries and raspberries!
  • Beef: 11g protein per serving. Their simple line of nature is organic and/or without GMO.
