When I discovered that I was pregnant with my first daughter, I took out the internet for cool names of girls who were elegant, unusual and full of personality. I was not interested in the most popular girls names – I had grown up to share a class with three other laurens and I wanted something different for my own children. I wanted a name that stood out, but still feeling beautiful, modern and full of personality.
