In a recent incident report published in the journal Frontiers in Nutrition, The researchers discuss three case studies in which women (ages 40, 54, and 45 years) with Sjögren’s syndrome (SS) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) reported remission of their symptoms after changing their diets to customized plant-based eating patterns.
