Share a full review of it Vivrelle and if I think it’s worth it. If you want to try it out, you can use GINAHARNEY for your first month for free here.
Hello hello! what are you doing I hope you’ve had a great morning so far! I’m going to the kids’ school for a bit and have a podcast interview later today. I also have to stop by UPS to send back my last Vivrelle bag. one of my favorite I’ve borrowed so far!
For today’s post, I thought I’d share a full review of Vivrelle now that I’ve been using their service (and ignoring it) for the past few months.
If you want to try different designer bags and jewelry without the designer price tag, you’ve probably heard Vivrelle.
It’s been around for a while, but I feel like it’s grown in popularity recently. Today I thought I’d talk about what it costs, what brands they carry and if it’s really worth it.
TLDR version: I LOVE IT, but it may not be for everyone. Let’s break it all down.

Vivrelle Review: Is It Worth It? (My honest thoughts + how it works)
What is Vivrelle?
Vivrelle is a luxury accessories subscription that gives you access to a shared closet of designer handbags, jewelry, watches and more for a monthly fee.
Instead of buying a $2,500 bag, you can borrow it, wear it as much as you want, and then trade it in for something new.
It’s pretty much like Aisle rental, but for designer bags and jewelry. (My full review of Rent the Runway Unlimited is here!)
How Vivrelle works
The process is really quite simple:
Apply to join (they do a quick approval process. It doesn’t take long, I promise)
Choose your subscription level
Browse their collection and select an item
Your product is shipped to your door (shipping and return included)
Keep it as long as you want and then exchange it for something new
There is also no strict return deadline. You can keep an item for a month or more if you love it.
If you really fall in love with something, you can actually buy it at a discounted membership price, which is a huge perk.
Vivrelle membership fee
Vivrelle has multiple pricing tiers depending on the level of luxury you want to access.
Typical pricing looks like this:
Premier: about $45–$49/month (jewelry + select bags)
Classique: about $119–$139/month (bags worth up to ~$4,000)
Tailoring: about $219–$239/month (high quality and rare pieces)
Couture+: about $309–$339/month (2 items at a time)
Each level unlocks a different “wardrobe” and the higher you go, the more exclusive the pieces.
There is also usually a minimum commitment of 3 months, which is something to keep in mind.
If you want to try it, you can use my code GINAHARNEY for your first month free.
Brands Available at Vivrelle
This is one of the biggest selling points.
Vivrelle carries true luxury brands. These are not cheats or similar. Each item is checked by their team or third party experts. Everything I’ve received has felt brand new. No signs of wear or use at all.
Some of the brands you’ll commonly see include:
Chanel
Louis Vuitton
Gucci
Prada
Saint Laurent
Dior
Bottega Veneta
You can use it as a way to try on bags before you commit to a purchase, which I think is genius. There have been bags that I wanted to buy, but I didn’t know how much I would like them when it came to everyday use. That sealed the deal for me. (Confirmed the fact that yes, I do want a Chanel caviar bag in tan. Pilot, are you reading? Are you here?)

My experience using Vivrelle
For me, Vivrelle it’s one of those things that makes dressing up more fun. I also think I have a problem. I love new things or new to me things. This is the reason Rent the Runway and Vivrelle give me a huge hit of dopamine without spending thousands of dollars.
I love that I can change bags based on:
time
travel
events
disposal
It’s also perfect if you don’t want to commit to an expensive bag or like variety without cluttering up your closet.
And honestly, there’s something pretty fun about carrying a bag you wouldn’t normally buy just to give it a test spin.

Advantages of Vivrelle
The biggest advantage is access.
You can wear luxury pieces without spending thousands of dollars up front, which makes it more affordable.
It is also:
A great way to try before you buy
Perfect for special events or travel
Constantly updated with new stock
Includes free shipping and returns
It allows you to exchange items as often as you like
Many users also love the versatility and say it instantly upgrades their everyday outfits.

Disadvantages of Vivrelle
Like anything else, there are some downsides to consider.
The biggest is the cost over time. While the monthly fee is lower than buying a bag, it adds up if you stay subscribed long-term.
Availability can also be an issue. Popular items move quickly, so you may not always have your first choice right away. (Pro tip: I waitlist all my favorites so I’m notified when they’re back in stock.)
A few other things to keep in mind:
There is a membership commitment (usually 3 months)
You do not own the items (unless purchased separately)
Stock depends on demand
Is Vivrelle worth it?
This really depends on your lifestyle.
Vivrelle is worth 100% if:
Love designer bags but don’t want to commit to buying them
You like to change your style often
You have events, travel or content creation where accessories matter
You want to try the bags before you invest
It may not be worth it if:
You prefer to own and hold your items
You rarely change bags
You are trying to minimize monthly expenses
Vivrelle is one of those services that feels very “extra”… but in the best way.
It makes luxury more accessible, adds variety to your wardrobe and frankly makes dressing more fun.
For me, it was worth it for the flexibility, the experience, and the ability to try on pieces I wouldn’t otherwise buy.
If you’ve been curious, it’s definitely something fun to try, especially since you can try it out with a free month! (Note, they have a minimum commitment of 3 months.)
You can use the code GINAHARNEY for your first month for free.
I hope you love it as much as I do!
