Skincare Sudoku: Inspired by the Packing Sudoku Trend

You may have seen the “packing sudoku” or “outfit sudoku” trend floating around on social media.

It’s a grid where you pack objects or styles so that each row, column or diagonal creates a different combination each time. It’s structured, satisfying, and strangely addictive.

And of course… my brain went:

What if we did this for skin care devices?

That’s how I created Skincare Sudoku.

No because we need more steps.

But because we need more structure.

I get questions all the time about pairing devices:

Can I do LED and RF together?

Where does the microcurrent go?

Are three devices too many?

And the answer is no accident.

Each device stimulates a different pathway in the skin:

Order matters. The combination matters.

Instead of giving you a rigid routine, I wanted to create a flexible system that still follows safe, smart rules.

Enter: Skincare Device Sudoku.

How to play Skincare Sudoku

❤️ Serum = Anchor serum

LIP (Dr Rajani Lip and Mouth Device)

1. Select any row or any column

2. Find the square of the serum ❤️, place your finger on it (You will apply this serum before starting any of the protocols)...I will provide some great serum options that do not interfere with any of the devices or protocols.

3. Now, move one direction along this line: right, left, up, down or diagonally (the diagonal is always just the serum plus a device).

4. Use Up to three devices. Do them in the order you run your finger over them.

6. If you press ZIIP (microcurrent), you stop. Microcurrent always goes last.

That’s all. I’ve arranged the grid so that no matter what, if you follow these rules you’ll always have good protocol. The protocol will always be: use of targeted serum plus one, two or three devices in the correct order.

You don’t have to think about it. Structure does the thinking for you.

PRO TIP: you can make good skin care cocktails in the conductivity gel in addition to using it to start your protocol. For example: I like to put a few drops of the Reset Serum IN on my ZIIP gel.

Photoyeast Recovery Serum (Anchoring Step)

When using energy-based devices, I want antioxidant support and cellular (DNA) repair to occur simultaneously.

The reset serum is done steadily. It prepares the skin and supports it during stimulation.

LEDs (My mask of choice is CurrentBody)

LED works at the mitochondrial level.

Increases ATP production and supports collagen signaling.

It’s incredibly flexible. It can pass before RF or before microcurrent.

Think of LED as cellular energy support.

RF creates controlled skin heating.

This heat stimulates fibroblasts and supports collagen rebuilding.

This is your structural device.

It makes sense to follow it up with microcurrent for sculpting.

Microcurrent stimulates facial muscles and improves lymphatic movement.

It gives temporary lifting and toning.

This is always the final move. That’s why I always want it to pass last if it’s included in a protocol.

If you are looking for affordable conductive gels for your Microcurrent devices, check out the following:

LED for lips (Dr Rajani’s Plasma Glo LED Lip and Mouth Device)

Targeted collagen support around the lip contour, true lips and inside the mouth (gums).

This allows for focused nights when you want lip rejuvenation without doing a full face stack.

IF you don’t own this just skip it 🙂

Body version: Same concept, different tissue

For the body mesh, adjust slightly.

Regelica Immunity Essence

Provides hydration, antioxidant support and shine over a larger surface area.

Although it contains a small amount of oil, it does not interfere with the conduction of microcurrent.

• LEDs (pick your favorite) for circulation and mitochondrial support

• RF (NEWA) to stimulate collagen in loose areas

• Body microcurrent for muscle tone and lymphatic movement

Microcurrent (HigherDose) last.

We are not going to do more.

It’s about doing things on purpose.

When you layer devices haphazardly, you risk:

• Taking steps in the wrong order

• Reduction of conductivity

• Not receiving the full benefit

The Sudoku format creates structured flexibility.

Focus on glow (LED + microcurrent)

Clamp-Focus (RF + Microcurrent)

Focus on recovery (LED only)

Targeted (Lip LED + Microcurrent)

You choose based on your skin that day.

I created a downloadable version (face)

Because this is not meant to live in your mind.

You can print it or download it.

Keep it in your skincare drawer.

Or save it to your phone.

Choose your line. Follow the rules. Stop when you press ZIIP.

Skincare doesn’t have to be chaotic.

And if you try it, I’d really like to know:
