The best pregnancy blogs to choose from

Today, I want to share with you my top 12 best pregnancy blogs for 2025. When you’re pregnant, you just want to get as much expert, informative advice as you can get.

I loved reading pregnancy blogs, but I often found myself sifting through all the articles and wondering which ones I could trust.

I know firsthand that pregnancy and parenting can be scary, to say the least. What I also found overwhelming was trying to navigate the wealth of information online. What to trust? Who to trust? What to avoid?

Why do I think these blogs are the best?

Well, I’ve listed them based on my personal opinion, but this list is also based on everything from popularity, how long the blogs have been around, and the criteria below. Oh, and I’m constantly reviewing blogs to make sure they’re maintaining their standards and meeting our expectations to stay on this list. Things are changing!

My favorite pregnancy blogs

  1. It consists of fact-based advice from expert writers.
  2. It provided insight as well as humor.
  3. It encouraged me to want to learn more.
  4. I wasn’t bombarded with endless ads.
  5. Real stories without the clickbait headlines.
  6. Reference medical journals.
  7. It had informative videos and quality content.
  8. They were updated regularly.
What about Medical Organizations?

I often refer to the most reputable medical organizations and governing bodies when it comes to the most medical questions I want answers to. These sites are not blogs and are not as easy to read as blogs because they are written in a more scholarly style.

As always, the best source for reliable information will be your personal doctor or healthcare professional.

Here are three I recommend:

1. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists

2. The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Australia and New Zealand

3. BLOGGER

We are known for being the “go to” source for anything health and fitness when pregnant and that’s how we want it to be.

So where do you go when you want more? Below are some blogs that are popular among expectant moms.
