I’m sharing some of my favorite gift ideas for fitness and wellness enthusiasts, biohackers, and *clean* friends (or even yourself!) this holiday season.

Hello friends! what are you doing I hope you are having an amazing week so far. It’s a quick week ending with shopping and pie – we’ve got that!!

He was very busy here. Monday night was Liv’s confirmation, so we celebrated with dinner and crazy milkshakes afterwards. The pilot was on a trip, but I’m excited to be here for Thanksgiving. What do you have planned? We’ll go to my uncle’s as usual and then we’ll go to Trevor and Danielle’s for a bit.

For today’s post, I wanted to share a roundup of my favorite wellness, fitness, and biohacking gifts! This is a perfect gift for your *scrunchy* friends… or even yourself. Let’s be real. the best sales of the year are happening this weekend, so it’s the perfect time to stock up on wellness essentials, especially if you have health-related goals as we head into the new year.

It’s also worth mentioning here that many of the things on this list are nice/fun, but not necessary. The most important health tools are free, such as sunshine, stress management, connection, movement and solid nutrition.

If you have any favorite wellness purchases from the year, feel free to link in the comments below!

More from this year’s gift guides:

For Him

For the Children

For Tweens

Everything is linked to mine ShopMy for easy access and this page also has a summary of some of my top picks.

Holiday Gift Guide for Wellness, Fitness and Biohacking

Home and kitchen:

Air doctor. Fresh air makes a huge difference, especially this time of year with allergies and colds floating around.

Non-toxic pots and pans. We love Cumin and Our place. Every year on Black Friday, I usually treat myself to a new one Our place pot or pan. Their air fryer is so cute too!

Water filter. Clearly filtered it’s my favorite and I also love the AquaTru under sink filter.

Dome shower filter. We noticed a difference in our skin and hair immediately. The water feels softer and has zero chorine smell anymore

Hatch night light. It’s so peaceful to wake up to soft light and birds chirping instead of an iPhone alarm clock.

Branch Basics. I switched to Branch Basics for almost everything. I also love their dishwasher safe containers. Many “natural” dishwashing soaps have a plastic coating and leave small streaks and residue on dishes. Branch Basics makes them sparkling clean.

Thrive Market or Butcher shop. A box of any of these would be amazing. We get almost all of our meat from ButcherBox because they have wild and organic options. This link gives you a free gift! We order most of our snacks and essentials from Thrive Market. This link saves you 40%.

Coffee without mold! The sad news is that coffee is a heavily sprayed crop, so many conventional options have pesticides, herbicides and mold. This is lab tested for purity and remineralization, and tastes delicious. I only drink decaf, and most decaf is bad. This is amazing.

A lovely weighted blanket. This would make an AWESOME gift. I sleep with it every night. It has EMF protection, is the perfect weight and the cover is super silky and luxurious.

Healthy daily habits:

That red hat! I like to use it a few times a week and I feel like it helps my hair stay thick and healthy. Use FITNESSISTA15.

PEMF Go Mat. I use it every.single.day for breathing and meditation or when I need a little recharge while working on the computer. Use FITNESSISTA15.

Humidifier canopy. I love the travel portable and notice that my skin and eyes feel better when I use it.

Cushion for walking. The only way I can get 10k steps most days! That’s less than $100 with Black Friday deals.

Rebounder. This is a great way to support blood flow, lymphatic system and also improve focus during a busy day at work. I’ll take a 5 minute break and put on some music. This is for sale for BCM.

Vibrating plate. I don’t think this is necessary, but they feel amazing.

Tongue scraper. A perfect stocking stuffer!

Red light face mask. I use it every morning while running errands or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin.

Portable red light panel (wait until Friday!). I use it every day and for many reasons. For energy, focus, mood, inflammation, skin, aches, muscle aches, fevers, all things.

My favorite non-toxic makeup and skincare. I’m obsessed with the Olive Rose collection (so is Liv!)

Blue light blocking glasses. These are special because I was able to get them in my Rx!

OneSkin! They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks senescent cells <— they can increase the aging process. I adore them tinted moisturizer and body lotion.

Organifi! They make so many of my favorite things like hydrogen tablets, green juice, red juice, Harmony and Pure. Check it out here!

Detox and Supplements:

The famous sauna blanket! This was a Black Friday gift to myself years ago and I still use it at least once a week for stress relief, a great sweat, glowing skin and amazing sleep. Use FITNESSISTA15.

Castor oil pack. This is the best!

My Favorite Quarterly Detox! I look forward to it every time and look forward to our community detox in January.

A pest cleanse 🙂 My favorite is here.

Peptides! I’ll do an updated post, but I added them to my routine and they’ve been incredible. (Note: I do not recommend specific peptides, but this is where I buy mine. You can decide what you want to do based on your goals, and a doctor prescribes them based on your prescription and medical history.)

Appropriateness:

Member of the Sculpt Society! I LOVE these workouts so much. This link gives you a free month on the app.

Oura ring. I treated myself to a new one with the Amex credit and I love all the new data! It’s so cool that I can also sync it with a Stelo glucose monitor.

EMF Blocking Bag. This is what I use at the gym and on walks so I can use my wired headphones but it protects my body from my phone.

Wired headphones 🙂

Barefoot sneakers. These are the best and have so many great styles for gym, life and hiking.

For you:

The most incredible wellness gift you could gift yourself this season is a Integrative Health Practitioner Certification. It is no exaggeration to say that this certification has completely changed my life, my business and the health of our family. I have learned so much through my IHP certifications (I have Level 1, Level 2 and am halfway through High Performance Health and Level 3) and have been able to share this knowledge with my family and clients.

Integrated Health Professional Level 2 certification auditIntegrated Health Professional Level 2 certification audit

I was able to heal myself (my Lupus markers were positive, now they are negative) with functional lab tests, protocols and lifestyle changes. Dr. Cabral is an incredible teacher and the IHP community is kind, welcoming and supportive. We will be very happy to have you with us!!!

They have HUGE Black Friday sales. It’s $2000 off and you can add my code FITNESSISTA for an additional $500 off Levels 1 and 2. So bookmark this pageand get ready for Friday!

I probably won’t be back until Faves Friday, but I wish you the happiest Thanksgiving full of family, great food, and fond memories. When I read my gratitude list every morning, you are all on my list. I am so thankful for all of you and this fun internet space.

xo

Affiliate links are included in this post and companies cannot sponsor spots in my giveaway guides. They’re all things I’ve curated myself and I honestly think they’d make great gifts! Many thanks to those of you who support the blog by shopping through my links. I appreciate you very much. Ad revenue has completely gone down since this summer thanks to AI search (people no longer need to click on your post to find the information they need), so contributors keep the blog alive. xo
