Ashley Kaltwasser stands as the most decorated IFBB Pro athlete in history, redefining excellence in the Bikini Pro section. With 53 professional wins – including a third of Ms. Bikini Olympia’s titles – Kaltwasser’s career ranks as one of the legendary paths in bodybuilding history.

Kaltwasser made its 2011 debut at Arnold Amateur before winning the Pro card in 2012. He never looked back. Her resume includes wins in Olympia and Arnold Classic. She tells the host Frank Sepe that her career has flourished not only from the talents of the stage, but from her willingness to evolve and always look for feedback, career tips she would give and comes athlete.

A proud ambassador to high-tech medicinal products, Ashley is based on their innovative supplements, such as precision protein and creatine-to supply its training and recovery. Her cooperation with Hi-tech pharma It reflects its commitment to quality and performance, inspiring athletes worldwide to pursue their best both inside and the stage.

Here, the couple discusses all gyms and bodybuilding in their latest social Q&A.

What are your thoughts on all these new parts in bodybuilding?

I like it. It gives other athletes the opportunity to compete with who could have been intimidated to do so in the beginning. More athletes have the opportunity to compete, so I’m all about it.

What is the plan for success as a competitor?

Someone, be relentless. You just have to continue, no matter what, keep up with appearing to work, return to drawing tables, fix it and return. I will avoid extremities when necessary, that is, training smarter, no more difficult, often the key to it as well.

Can you tell us briefly about the supplements you get through the hitech right now and have a favorite?

My favorite for a long time is precision protein. I use proteins for more than simple shakes … Monohydrate creatine was so useful, especially for recovery, glutamine and a workout is always welcome and helpful, especially in the days when I feel sluggish.

Do you use precision protein until the day of the show or cut it?

I use it pretty much until the day of the show. I sometimes tried to keep it and had no negative effect – it didn’t seem to affect me negatively. ”

What is your motivation and your mindset at this year’s Olympia?

I certainly feel much more pressure this year just because I got the second last year … However, I will say that good for me is, as I tend to do well under pressure – I always put under pressure.

What is your plan to get ready for Olympia in the next eight weeks?

Ashley: “I like to keep my offseason a little more simple, because it’s predictable to me when I go to the top – I still have some job to do, especially for Olympia.

How do you achieve your diet and education when you don’t know exactly who you will compete with?

I always try to bring only what I know is my best. When I fight throughout the year, I receive comments from the judges and listening to what they have to say … Every judge said: “Keep everything as it is and bring it to Olympia.

Would you ever jump into another division, such as gymnastics or well -being?

There was a moment when I had fun the idea of making a gym, but the bodybuilding tour would be the one to get me. A more realistic choice for me, who is going to go to Fit Model … but this is not on my radar.

How do you choose a suit and have a costume sponsor?

Angel Competition bikinis makes my costumes. My colors are usually green or red … I like green because it’s a little less common and I can get it out. It’s my color, because he has been wearing that since I came back.

What would you recommend for someone preparing for a bikini show to Cardio?

Start slowly, as there is no benefit from zero to 100, because your body will only adapt to the heart. For myself, I will use an example. Next week I start the cardio, so I’ll start one day for 30 minutes, and the second week, I do it twice a week … so I do.
