Sun: Do you know you have to wear it – but do you apply it correctly? Of how much to use the perfect order of skin care routine, we collapse everything you need to know How to apply sunscreen.

Whether you are wondering, “Sunscreen continues before or after moisturizing cream?” or “Do I have to wear sunscreen every day?”– We have the answers with the help of some friendly experts along the way. Let’s dive.

Why do you have to wear sunscreen every day

Yes, you have to do your best to wear sunscreen every day. Rain or shine. Indoors or outdoors. Even on cloudy days or while working near windows, your skin is exposed to rays of ultraviolet rays that can cause premature aging, sunglasses and even skin cancer.

And here’s the thing: Sun damage is cumulative. Each non -protected moment is added. Wearing sunscreen every day helps to protect the health and appearance of your skin – both now and in the future.

Wearing sunscreen every day leads:

Sunscreen daily use

Your skin remembers everything – protects it daily with SPF.

How much sunscreen to use on your face and body

One of the most common sunscreen errors? You don’t use enough. Apply very little means that your product is not working as effectively as it should.

For your face:

Use it two finger rule: Press the sunscreen along your indicator and your middle fingers. This is the recommended amount for full face coverage.

Also remember to reach:

  • Ears
  • Neck
  • Line
  • Sides of the face
  • Around the nose and eyes
  • (If exposed)

For your body:

To get started, you are targeting for approximately 1 ounce (30 ml)-This amount that fills a glass. All bodies are different – use the amount that best covers all exposed areas of the skin when wearing a swimsuit or summer uniform.

How to apply the sunscreen

Pro Tip: Always apply (and apply again) generously. The application less than the recommended amount may lower your level of protection.

Spray VS Cream: What is better?

The sunscreen of the spray body are convenient – but only if used correctly.

To effectively apply sunscreen spraying:

  • Hold the box about 4 inches (10 cm) by your skin
  • Avoid your face to minimize inhalation
  • Spray generously until a visible glow appears
  • Rub it well to even secure coverage
  • Repeat regularly, as with the cream types

Remember, a quick fog is not enough. Always rub it!

Choosing the right sunscreen for your skin

The best sunscreen is what really I enjoy the wear. See how to choose cleverly:

Choosing the right sunscreen for your skin

When to apply sunscreen (and how often)

Apply sunscreen 15-30 minutes before sun exposure give him time to settle. Then apply for:

  • At least every 2 hours
  • Immediately After swimming, sweating or drying with a towel

Bring a sunscreen In your bag for reappearance.

Sunscreen before or after moisturizing cream?

Apply sunscreen after moisturizing cream. It should be the last step in your breakfast care routine.

Here is the ideal series:

  1. Cleanser
  2. Eye cream
  3. Floor
  4. Moisturizing cream
  5. Sunscreen
  6. Makeup (if you wear it)

Because this matters: Your moisturizing cream helps you seal in hydration, while the sunscreen forms a protective shield. Applying the sunscreen ensures that UV filtering ingredients can do their job properly.

Can you apply makeup via sunscreen?

Absolutely. Just wait 15 minutes after applying the SPF to let it dry, then proceed to the makeup. Some sunscreen even double as starters, moisturizing the skin and creating a smooth base.

And remember Repeat even when you wear makeup– With some expert tips, it is possible!

Check how Samantha Randazzo applies it (flawless) makeup after sunscreen. Her favorite thing for Isdin Fusion Water Magic SPF 40? “It works so well under my makeup.”

Protect your skin, love your skin

From light textures to antioxidant mixtures, there is a sunscreen to fit your lifestyle. So, if you head to the beach, the office, or just run things, take a moment to protect your skin – it remembers everything.

In this note, we will leave you with some final tips on sun protection to keep in mind:

  • Again Every 2 hours – even with high SPF
  • Use sunscreen all yearnot just in the summer
  • Check the expiration date and throw away any sunscreen that have expired
  • Supplementary sunscreen with protective accessories: sunglasses, hats and clothing upf

Because care for your skin today is the best gift you can give it for the future.
