So today we are sharing the reason for this persistent belly fat, because it is so difficult to lose – what can be done about it and 7 tips to start beating it.

Well, what is the cause of this persistent belly fat;

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTUSMKRSQVA

Here’s the deal:

There is never only one cause for persistent belly fat.

-> Read again.

If you lose a little fat in the abdomen and then it will not stop, this usually means that it is not only your subcutaneous (or superficial) fat fat, but your visceral fat, which is the fat that surrounds your organs.

This fat is very frustrating because it makes you feel that your efforts are not working, but it is also dangerous because visceral fat becomes an organ inside it that causes your metabolic system.

This means that while you have a calorie deficit (not a low -calorie starvation or diet!) It is also important, it is also for changing metabolic activity in your body.

Simple calorie cutting on its own will not work.

Why is it so complicated to get rid of persistent belly fat?

This persistent visceral fat generally results from problems with the sensitivity of your insulin. You non You have to have diabetes to happen!

Normally, insulin, which is a hormone created in your pancreas, takes sugar in the blood to the cells to be used, because when sugar accumulates in the blood it becomes inflammatory and destructive.

But if you are sitting and/ or gaining body fat, insulin becomes less effective and cannot do its job. So your pancreas pumps you more and more insulin to try to get sugar in the cells and soon your pancreas becomes excessive.

So your liver comes to support your pancreas and tries to remove sugar from the blood. The liver does this by converting sugar into triglycerides – aka fats – and this becomes white, “storage” fat – and while also contributing to subcutaneous fat, this series of events mainly creates this persistent visceral fat.

This visceral fat basically becomes its own organ and secretes hormones and chemicals that affect your weight.

This fat secretes leptin that controls the appetite and adiponectin that controls the sugar and cytokines of the blood that cause this inflammation – which we all know is very detrimental and this makes the loss of fat even more challenging and fat to gain even easier. It also contains the blood vessels that cause increased blood pressure and much more!

Abdominal fat

The reason why this particular belly fat is so stubborn is because the visceral fat is full of toxins. You see, the body wants to protect itself from damage and too many toxins enter the body, the body protects the organs and transports toxins to visceral fat.

In other words, this fat becomes a dumping ground for toxins, as the body uses it to carry the toxins away so as not to harm the body, ick! That is why calorie cutting alone will not get rid of this fat! If you only cut calories, it does not treat this fat that is full of toxins, hormones and inflammation (you have to get rid of it!).

Tips to start rejecting persistent belly fat forever

Thus, the goal is to start mobilizing this fat and use it for energy while getting rid of all toxins and inflammation. There are usually a few important things to go to get this persistent abdominal fat-

  • Blood sugar imbalances
  • Bowel dysfunction
  • Diet and Factors of Lifestyle
  • Insufficient nutrients
  • A sluggish thyroid
  • Inflammation (from stress, toxins, pollution, alcohol, pre-inflammatory foods, etc.)
  • and/or so much more.

Here are some tips to get started to remove some of these abdominal fat roots (guilty!) So you can Start to shrink your belly fat.

• Drink sacred royal tea.

This will help you manage stress naturally and reduce cortisol (also known as the abdominal fat hormone).

• Eat your salad or vegetables first.

Eating high fiber foods before your rest of your meal will reduce blood sugar spikes.

• Stay away from foods that irritate your stomach or cause bloating.

Foods that inflate the intestine reduce your ability to activate the natural ozempic of your body.

• Eat a little healthy meal before you go out to eat like a small handful of walnuts or a tin sardines

This will reduce your appetite and help prevent blood sugar.

• Add organic psyllium fibers to your smoothies or your breakfast lemon water

This will keep you saturated, stabilizing blood sugar and supply good bacteria for your metabolism.

• Drink 1 tablespoon of wooden apple cider is mixed in 8 ounces of water before dinner.

This will help your muscles get more blood glucose so that it does not touch your blood sugar. You can also exercise immediately before eating dinner.

• Relax in a sauna.

It will improve the sensitivity of your cell’s insulin so that you can maintain your blood sugar in a keel and protect from spikes and abdominal fat crashes. It will also help you to secrete toxins that contribute to inflammation and resistance to fat loss.

• Eat high carbohydrate foods as potatoes last.

This will mitigate the effect of carbohydrates on blood sugar sinks that cause cravings.
