This blog will explore the truth behind the advertising campaign surrounding superfoods and will distinguish the event from fiction.

The term “Superfoods” refers to nutrient -rich foods that are supposed to offer excellent health benefits due to their high content of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other bioactive compounds. Integrate these foods into the diet to provide various nutrients and bioactive compounds.

While diet is vital to our overall health, other lifestyle factors must be observed. Regular physical activity, adequate sleep, stress management and avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption are just as important. A holistic approach to well -being combines a balanced diet with an overall healthy lifestyle.
