2 cups various vegetables, cut into thin strips or small pieces, as you wish, such as:

  • Carrots, peeled, cut into fine matching strips
  • Cucumbers, cut into fine matching strips
  • Asparagus, slim, sliced
  • Microgreas or sprouts
  • Avocado, sliced ​​thin
  • Green onion, sliced
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Summer squash, cut into thin strips of matching
  • Pepper bell, thin slices
  • Coriander leaves
  • Arugula or spinach, small leaves
  • Radishes, cut into fine matching strips
  • Broccoli florets, thin slices
  • Snow peas, sliced ​​in fine delicacies
  • Red cabbage, sliced ​​in fine delicacies

  1. To make brown sushi rice: Rinse the brown rice and add to the container with water. Boil, then cover, reduce heat and simmer for 40-45 minutes until the tender and water is absorbed. Cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Place soy sauce, vinegar and agave in a Microwave and heated for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour over the rice and mix to combine. Stand aside.
  3. Prepare 2 cups various vegetables in thin pieces as described and place on a large dish.
  4. In a clean cutting board, place a sushi Or a piece of plastic wrapping slightly larger than the size of the Nori sheet.
  5. Place a sheet of Nori algae, glossy side down, along a layer of sushi or plastic wrap.

  7. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of sesame seeds over the rice.
  8. Place ½ cup of vegetables in your desired combination on the margin of Nori leaf that has no rice.
  9. Starting on the vegetable side, roll the sushi tightly, pressing either with the mat or the plastic wrap to make a tight, cylindrical roll, until you reach the end of the Nori sheet.
  10. Using a sharp knife, cut it into 8 slices. Repeat four times with all ingredients.
  11. Make the creamy sriracha sauce by combining mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, ginger, agave and lemon juice in a plate.
  12. Place the sushi rollers on a platter with extra vegetables, cabbage or green as you wish. Sprinkle with creamy Sriracha sauce and garnish with coriander, green onions or basil, as you wish.
  13. Enjoy or bake in an airtight container until you serve time for up to 5 days. Makes 8 servings (1/2 roll each).
