Sharing my criticism of the best blue light blue glasses after a ton of research. You can order Vivarays 4 in 1 here And use the Fitnessista code for discount!

Hi friends! Good Monday! I hope you have a great morning! We spent the weekend in Phoenix for the last contract of the LIV season and now we are back home and are preparing for Spain. I share my packaging list in tomorrow’s post!

Something that I absolutely bring with me? My Vivarays! I am obsessed with these glasses, especially the night lenses. I put them on them, and within 30 minutes I’m drowsiness and ready to sleep. I am excited to have given them a swirl on the plane 😉 in today’s position, I wanted to talk a little about light, how it affects our health and share more details about the best blue blue lighting glasses.

In our world full of technologies, exposure to blue light is almost impossible to avoid. We are constantly surrounded by screens – phones, laptops, televisions – and even our interior lighting emits high levels of artificial blue light. While some blue light is natural (and even beneficial during the day), over -exposure, especially at the wrong time, can cause havoc on health, mood and quality of sleep.

If you’ve ever been found to fly and turn the night after rolling your phone or feeling drained despite 8 hours of sleep, blue light could be to blame. Fortunately, blue light glasses are one of the simplest and most effective tools to support your circadian pace and your general prosperity.

The best blue light blue glasses

Why the blue light can be harmful (and what kind of light we really need)

Blue light is part of the spectrum visible light and of course emitted by the sun. During the day, Blue Light helps us to feel awake, notifications and activated. The problem? Most of us are now exposed to blue light all day – and well at night.

See how chronic exposure to blue light can disturb our health:

Melatonin suppression: Blue light blocks the production of melatonin, the hormone that marks your body is time to sleep. Even small amounts of blue light at night (from your phone, TV or air lights) can reduce melatonin and delay your ability to fall and stay asleep.

Hormonal disorder: Melatonin is not just for sleep. It is complicated connected to other hormone streets, including cortisol, insulin, estrogen and testosterone. Melatonin disorder can create a ripple effect that throws your hormonal balance.

Mood and mental health: The bad sleep caused by the exposure of blue light can contribute to the stress, depression and fog of the brain. Blue light can also disrupt dopamine streets and contribute to mood volatility.

Eye stem and headaches: Blue light contributes to digital eye stress, dry eyes and tension headaches – especially for those who spend hours in front of the screens.

What kind of light do we want for better health?

To support the natural rhythms of your body, the key is lightweight synchronization.

You want to:

Get a natural light exposure in the morning. This helps to regulate your circadian rhythm, enhance serotonin and support healthy cortisol production.

Minimize the exposure of blue and green light after sunset. This supports melatonin production and prepares your body for deep, restorative sleep.

Use red and orange shades at night. These longer wavelengths are melatonin -friendly and help “sleep sleeping” in your brain.

This is where high quality blue lighting glasses come, especially those designed for different times of the day.

Why do I like glasses blue light light

After testing several chips and making a tone of research, Lively It has become my top choice for effective and flexible blue light protection. The 4 -in -1 lens system is a gameChanger for those who want to support sleep, energy, mood and balance of hormones without sacrificing style or ease.

Here because I love Lively:

4 layers of lenses in 1 frame: Instead of buying multiple pairs for different times of the day, you get a comfortable frame with interchangeable magnetic lenses designed for:

Day (filters out of hard blue light from screens while keeping clarity)

Afternoon (more protection as you move in the evening)

The sunset/early in the evening (filters more blue and green light to start the melatonin process)

Night (deep amber/red lens to prevent wavelengths disturbing melatonin)

Filter supported by science: Each lens is designed on the basis of light wavelength research to target exactly the frequencies that affect melatonin, circadian rhythms and eye health.

Elegant, comfortable application: It is lightweight, elegant and easy to open in your bag or wear all day. Some blue light glasses are … not cute .. and these are so elegant and fun. Have some different styles to choose from.

Eco-Conscious & High Juthents: Vivarays focuses on sustainability, using environmentally friendly materials without at stake in durability or efficiency. They do not use plastic in their materials and are Earth -friendly.

Recipe lenses !!! The 4 -in -1 lenses are designed for friends such as Meeee wearing recipe lenses. If you don’t need a recipe, you can go with 3 in 1 glasses. Finding a brand with amazing technology and scientifically designed was like a unicorn but Vivarays is this brand unicorn. I am so drawn to have a couple of them in my recipe!

Blue Light glasses are not just for biohackers (although I know I have many fellow bio -reproduction friends out there) 😉 It is for anyone who wants better sleep, balanced hormones and fewer screens than screens. And if you are looking for the best All-in-One solution, Vivarays is 100% my favorite choice.

If you are ready to try them, Check it here and use the Fitnessista code.

Please let me know what you think !!

Do you wear blue light inhibitors or not so much?
