Pelvic pain can happen to anyone, but it is more common in women than men. The pain usually focuses around the lower abdomen, including under the navel and hips. Pelvic pain may occur suddenly and is severe (acute), or it may be mild, but lasts for months (years).

1.

Appendicitis often causes pelvic pain, especially on the lower right side that can occur with nausea, vomiting and fever. This pain can be exacerbated by cough reflexes and stretched during bowel movements. The clogged appendix can be wrinkled and endanger life. Thus, the appendix should be removed quickly before it has caused infection and results in bowel leakage.

2. Irable Bothel Syndrome (IBS)

Irabitle Bostel (IBS) syndrome is an inflammation of the colon that can cause painful cramps in the pelvic area and lower abdomen, bloating and constipation or diarrhea that occurs constantly. IBS is a long -term problem repeated at all times.

However, changes in diet high in fiber and sufficient fluid requirements can help control symptoms. If you have IBS, doctors will also generally recommend more regular exercise to facilitate digestion and reduce stress.

3. Ovulation pain

Ovulation is the ovarian ovarian period. This process can cause Mittelschmerz basin pain. The pain usually occurs before and during ovulation, when the ovarian membrane extends to release the egg.

Blood and fluid released during ovulation can also cause pain or discomfort. This pain varies from woman to woman and can take a few minutes to hours. However, pain during ovulation can be cured without medical care.

4. Ectopic pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy that occurs when a fertilized egg adheres and grows in a place different from the uterus. Ectopic pregnancy can occur in the trumpet, abdominal cavity, ovaries (ovaries) or cervix (cervix).

Thus, an ectopic pregnancy is also often referred to as pregnancy outside the uterus. Ectopic pregnancy is the cause of abdominal pain and cramp that is very painful and usually focuses only on one side (where the egg cell connects). Other symptoms include bleeding, nausea, vomiting, bahu and throat hurts, the pain of the groin, so that the head rotates, stunned and often wants to faint.

5.

Some sexually transmitted diseases such as chlamydia and gonorrhea can be the cause of pelvic pain in women and men. These two aphrodisiac diseases can occur at the same time and do not always cause symptoms. However, if you cause symptoms you will generally feel pain in urination and penis liquid or abnormal vaginal discharge.

6. Pelic inflammatory disease

Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is a bacterial infection that attacks the pelvic area and its environment (uterus, cervix, ovaries or trumpet). Pidcan is also a complication of aphrodisiac, such as gonorrhea.

This condition can cause damage to the egg, ovaries and uterus. The common symptoms of pelvic inflammation include pelvic pain that spreads to the stomach, abnormal vaginal discharge and pain during contact or urination.

7. Endometriosis

Endometriosis is the growth of the tissue that benefits from the inner wall of the uterus to be out of the uterus. Because it has the same characteristics as the inner wall of the uterus, this abnormal tissue can also thicken and then collapse when menstruation reaches.

However, shed blood cannot come out of the vagina. As a result, the rest of the tissue and blood then accumulate in the body causing cysts and the development of painful scars

8. The uterine fibroids

Fibroids are benign increases in the uterus. As a result, you can feel pressure or a heavy / tight / complete feeling in the lower abdomen. Fibroids rarely cause sharp pelvic pain unless tumor growth begins to inhibit blood supply to the uterus and eventually disables the surrounding tissue.

9. Other causes

In addition to the various conditions mentioned above, there are still many other causes of pelvic pain:

  • Pelvic congestion
  • Symptoms of General PMS
  • Ovarian cysts and cancer
  • Urinary tract infection
  • Kidney stones
  • Vulva
  • Crohn’s disease
  • Diverticulitis
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Groin
  • Bowel cancer
