Sharing my full thoughts about Lumebox and if I think it’s worth it! If you want to add one to your collection, Check it here and use the Fitnessista code for $ 260 OFF.

Hi friends! What are you doing? I hope you have a stunning week. It’s busy here – we have rehearsals for the deal all week – and I was able to slip away for a juice date with a friend between strategic calls.

For today’s post, I wanted to chat a little Chatter Now that I have used it for a few weeks. It was one of my favorite things to stack in my morning wellness routine, and I like it even more than I thought I would like.

Here’s my current routine:

– eye care routine

– Get kids packaged and away at school

– breakfast – almost always a protein pudding Daily nutritional supportTruvani, Nuttzo and Berries + Decaf Risk coffee

– Recharge of time: Sit on Match (Fitnessista15) with my own Lumebox, meditate for about 10 minutes and the magazine for about 5 minutes

It’s just a 15 -minute routine, but it really makes the difference in my mood and energy for the rest of the day! Here are some more details about Lumebox.

Review Lumebox and if it is worth it

What is Lumebox?

Lumebox is a compact and powerful red light healing device designed for use and home travel because it is portable. It provides targeted red and near infrared (NIR) light to support skin health, muscle recovery and general well -being. It is beautifully designed with LED medical technology and is extremely easy to use.

Basic features of Lumebox

Double wavelength technology: It combines red light (660nm) and infrared light (850nm) for deeper penetration and enhanced benefits.

Portable and light: small enough to use on the go, but strong enough for complete treatment sessions.

Timer operation: automatically closes after 6 minutes.

Low EMF broadcast: Designed for safe use with minimal exposure to electromagnetic field.

USB Charging: Convenient and rechargeable for wireless use.

Handle! This makes it extremely easy to keep.

How can you benefit you with red light

The treatment of red light has been widely studied and has been shown to potentially support many health areas, including:

Skin Health: It can reduce fine lines, wrinkles, acne and over -coloring by stimulating collagen production.

Muscle recovery: It can accelerate recovery after training and reduces inflammation.

Pain relief: It can help relieve joint pain, muscle pain and rigidity by promoting circulation and reducing inflammation.

Hormonal Balance: It can support adrenal health and reduce stress -related inflammation.

Sleep and Mood Support: It can boost melatonin production and help regulate the circadian rhythms.

How to use Lumebox

Use Chatter It is simple and requires only a few minutes a day:

Make sure the treatment area is clean and dry.

Hold or place the 6-12 inches device from the destination area.

Decide if you want to use red light or nir (which is not visible and used for deeper skin penetration) or both

Let the red and light nir work its magic while relaxing.

For best results, use 3-5 times a week.

How much does Lumebox cost?

The Lumebox device is priced at about $ 629. While being an investment, it is significantly more affordable than the red light healing sessions in the office, which can range from $ 50- $ 150 per session.

Advantages and disadvantages of Lumebox

Advantages:

Compact and travel -friendly

Effective wavelengths of red and infrared light

Easy to use with adjustable intensity

Affordable compared to professional treatments

Helps with skin, muscle recovery and overall health

Disadvantages:

It can take a few weeks to see notable results

Are not as strong as the larger, full body red light panels

Higher costs in advance compared to some other home devices

I like it at all and found it to be useful for mood, pain and pain. I feel great (hit in the wood), but after teaching multiple Barre classes, my hips were playing. I used it Chatter And they were good as new ones the next day 😉 while they may not replace full -quality full body panels, I think it provides an effective solution for friends out there who seek the skin, muscle recovery and overall health benefits from red light treatment.

Do you have to wear eye protection with Lumebox?

There are some studies showing that red light It may be beneficial to eye health, but from what I can say, it is not an approved eye treatment. At the same time, you know that I am extremely curious and protective from my eyes from the big eye. Also, even if the red light is approved in your eyes, I will not be the first to stand on the line to try it. I don’t wear eye protection, but I also don’t look in the light. I keep it at an angle of about 45 degrees, so it doesn’t shine directly on my face. It also includes protective glasses that you can wear.

Discount Code Lumebox

If you want to try Lumebox, I have an amazing discount code for you. Use Fitnessista here And get $ 260 off! I hope you adore it as much as I do.

Have you tried Lumebox or another red light treatment device? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
