Spring is here – but allergies! 🌿 Stop sneezing with natural remedies such as local honey, quercetin and vitamin C. Plus, stress management can help reduce symptoms. Breathe easier and enjoy the season!

As wonderful as it is to see the flowers bloom and the trees exploding with new life, many of us also face the frightening arrival of springs of allergies. If you find yourself beating, reaching and rubbing your eyes with itching – I have drawn the best natural treatments for allergies to help you conquer seasonal discomfort and enjoy the full season.

1. The allergic hacks that really work!

Spring allergies (also known as grass or allergic rhinitis) are activated by pollen from trees, greens and weeds. When these tiny particles enter our bodies through our nose, mouth or eyes, our immune system perceives them as threats and releases histamines, which are the cause of our annoying symptoms of allergy.

If you do not live in the south, let me fill you what is happening here in the spring…

The yellow, dusty pollen makes its way to everything! I’m talking about covering your car, home, front terrace – even between your feet! She thinks about my allergies for a long time, leaving me with sinus pressure and other groan symptoms.

Fortunately, I found a bunch of treatments for allergies that really work to limit my symptoms, and are beneficial to your overall immune system. If you are suffered by an allergy like me, I hope these tips are useful to you, too!

  • Local honey: By consuming raw, local honey is believed to help the desensitization of your body in pollen from your area, possibly relieving some of your allergy symptoms over time. Add a tablespoon to your morning tea or pour over oats for a sweet and natural treatment for allergies.
  • Quercetin: This natural antioxidant found in foods such as apples, onions and berries have anti -inflammatory properties that can help reduce allergies. Consider adding foods rich to cucetine to your diet or taking a supplement for extra support.
  • Vitamin C: A large anti -inflammatory and natural antihistamine for allergies, vitamin C can really enhance your immune system. A great natural treatment for allergies is Camu Camu powder, which is well mixed in yogurt or smoothies. Bromic (Available as green dust) It is also extremely high in vitamin C, with 7x more per serving of oranges!
  • Nettle sheet: They are often consumed as a tea or in the form of a supplement, the nettle sheet has been used for centuries as a herbal medicine for allergies. Some find that it can help reduce sneezing, itching and congestion.
  • Neti pot or saline nasal rinse: A normal nasal rinse can help rinse allergens from your nasal passages by providing congestion and irritation. Use a neti container or nasal spray with saline solution to keep your bays clean and comfortable.
  • Xlear Spray: When my allergies are very bad, I use this nasal spray Xylitol several times a day and reduces some pressure!
  • Sleeping elevated: Try supporting your head with slope to sleep pillows. This helps your bays to drain than to become more clogged.
  • Lymph node drainage massage: This YouTube video It is a terrible example of how to find immediate relief from drainage massage exercises. I tried myself and had excellent results, so I’ll go back to it again for future use!
  • Support your liver: Your strong liver should be processed all allergens, so make sure you show it some extra love. You can make Castor oil packages or try one of my favorite allergies – Antronex, a strong liver supporter. Milk tea, lemon and green drinks are other great choices.
  • Homeopathy: There’s a very cool homeopathic company This makes the natural remedies for allergies adapted to your state and the specific geographical area. I just ordered a bottle for our belt and I can’t wait to get relief from the Longleaf pine trees! 🌿

2. Chronic stress makes your allergies worse?

I have noticed that my allergies are only mildly a few years, but it roars in others. How is it coming? It comes down to something under the radar that many people do not associate with allergies: stress!

Your adrenals produce the “stress hormone” cortisol. Do we hear a lot about the harmful effects of cortisol-but did you know that cortisol, when produced in balanced quantities, act as a strong anti-inflammatory hormone that fights allergic responses?

Studies have shown that lower cortisol reserves are associated with more serious allergic reactions.

Here are some ways to support these two small but powerful glands:

  • Get extra rest: Sleep soothes the adrenal glands and allows them to be cured. Do you need help to get extra zzz? See this post.
  • Go easily to caffeine and stimulants: If you are a greedy coffee sheet, try to cut back by drinking more water or herbs for allergies such as tea. Caffeine can significantly emphasize the adrenals, so look for coffee substitutes such as mushroom tea or Dandy mixture. Or, you have your cup of coffee after your morning meal.
  • Eat within the first hour of awakening: This advice is not popular among the intermittent fasting fans, but eating breakfast shortly after awakening can help the calm of adrenal glands and balance your blood sugar.
  • Consume “slow” carbohydrates, proteins and fat: For breakfast, highlight proteins, fibers and healthy fats (such as eggs or avocado). Eat balanced meals and snacks that have this combo and are low in sugar.
  • Strengthen Vitamin C: Your surface requires vitamin C to make cortisol, so increase your intake of foods such as leafy green, berries, peppers, kiwi, broccoli and cam comb or alma berry powder mixed in yogurt or apple. Please note that an organic yellow pepper contains an imposing 340mg of Vitamin C!

By incorporating these natural treatments for allergies, you can find relief without relying exclusively on medicines. Try some of these tips and see which work best for you! 🌱
