Quote that he believes ‘Learn to love yourself and you won’t need anyone else to love you’

Kateřina Kocurová is a member of the Czech National Horse Riding Team. Its current place in the world rankings is 20th and ended the 14th at the World Championships this summer in Bern.

Remarkable athletic achievement of its performance at 2022 Chio Aachen in Germany. (Instagram profile, June 26 2022)

The most influence person in her parents’ career. (Vaultingworld.com, 01 Aug 2022)

In 2012 at the Youth Continental/Regional Championship Pezinok (SJ3 – Squad Junior 3*) Aquaris 5.

The president of the female gymnastics Ms Namita Nayyar records with Kateřina Kocurová a highly talented member of the Czech Republic. Here she talks about gym routine, her diet and the story of her success.

Namita Nayyar:

Where were you born and had your initial training? Equestrian arch is most often described as a gym and a horse dance. You came to a competitive horse riding at the age of twelve and participated in the 2012 Pezinok Continental/Regional Championship Championship and was fifth. This later pushed your career at the height where you are a leading horse riding athlete, currently ranked 31st in the world. Tell us more about your business journey of excellent hard work, endurance and endurance?

Kateřina Kocurová:

I was born at the Blatice Small Village in Northern Czech Republic, at the elementary school I attended there and then studied Gymnasium with an emphasis on biology. I started Vaulting in 2007 at the Small Riding Club Albertovec. My first European Championship was in Brno 2008 with a team, my first international start to people was in 2012 and the European Championship was in 2015. Here you have a little old information. At the moment, I am 20th best in the world and finished 14th at the World Championship this summer in Bern.

I was always lucky to have participated in the best team in the Czech Republic, so I could compete in the highest competitions. My personal career was mainly on the second route for me. But in 2019 I began to feel that I would like to shine on my own. So I began to think about training abroad, unfortunately the hit of Covid and I had to stop my plans a little. At the beginning of 2022 I found a good position in Germany (the highest country in Vaulting) where I could start immediately. This was a real game of change. It was a change I needed, in the Czech Republic I was close to burn. After moving with new and higher training methods and horses I could see immediate increasing progress.

Namita Nayyar:

When performing a horse riding, where choreography routines are an art form, it is to find a balance between the forces that project and the creation of a charming performance. Edit?

Kateřina Kocurová:

I agree, I think vaulting is one of the most complex sports in the world. You need everything. Strengh, flexibility, spiritual power, feeling for the art of movement and relationship with your horse partner. The most important to me is a connection to a horse and a flow, the one I still end up.

Namita Nayyar:

In 2018 Fei World Equestrian Games you ranked at the group event held from September 11th to September 23rd, 2018 at Tryon NC USA, how does this event on your equestrian vaulting act as a catalyst in your metric rise as a leading Kamara Equestrian Athlete?

Kateřina Kocurová:

Weg Tryon was just a rollercoaster. First of all it was my first year in 3* category (18+), but I was 17 years old, but I was able to qualify for myself and also with a team. Honestly, I don’t even know how I did. We also fought a lot with money, a few months ago we didn’t even know if we could travel to the US. In the end we found a sponsor, so we could take our team’s horse with us, what was the most expensive article on the list.

The week of competition also didn’t start well, because our horse was sick in the early days. In the place we had to find a reserve horse … that was very stressful. Fortunately our horse improved and we could compete with him, but we decided that another start for him would be a danger, so I used a Canadian horse for my individual start. The team showed incredible performances and we attracted an eye of the whole world. My starts due to lack of preparation did not go well, but I was happy for the team. In the end it was a great experience and I started starving for more.
